Clearly no one has been to this Cosi in the last 6 mos. This place is going downhill– fast. The new manager is way out of his depth, incredibly rude, and everyone seems disorganized. This used to be a well oiled machine. The woman mgr before was great. A lot of the great staff from before seem to be gone, and a lot of the new staff are clueless and supported by an even more clueless manager. Used to be a regular and recommended this place. Not anymore. Do the owners know how to hire decent people? Bring back what you used to have!

Had dinner there tonight and must say the nicest people ever, they need a raise, I’ve been there a million times never thought to Unilocal about a chain but hands down awesome peeps running the place; kudos to the man with the wrist tattoo

I live in armonk and there is a cosi right in mount kisco but I opt for the one in greenwich which may sound ridiculous to some. But, the atmosphere as a whole is outstanding. The bathrooms are always clean, they make sure their tables are wiped down, even though it’s not a traditional restaurant they do occasionally come around to check on you and ask if you need anything. They go above and beyond where as in some locations they sometimes fail to do the bare minimum. Joseph, one of the staff members, is incredible! Always happy and smiling sweet and sincere. All the staff members are, they all work well together. It’s worth going a couple extra miles for a better environment.

A go to spot when I want to have a relaxed conversation with a friend or colleague. Cappuccino machine is still down, but chai tea was an acceptable alternative.

Nice place. Very efficient with their fulfillment of people’s orders. Clean and spacious. Staff very friendly. Not sure if its spaciousness or lack of crowding is due to location or holidays. It is in same shopping center as stop and shop.

I did not know I had a Cosi so close to home, and I am glad I found out. Cosi menu is always great, Cosi food always great so no surprise there. What made this Cosi location different was the staff specially Joseph. Always smiling, happy to help and went beyond his duties to make us smile. Joseph is the perfect example of what outstanding customer service is. Keep it up Joseph. I hope you go very far in life!

Staff are friendly and do a good job with learning regular’s names/​orders. If anything goes wrong, just bring it to them and they will fix it, your best bet is to make sure they repeat the order back to you. The food is tasty (you can find the menu on the website I think) and everything can be changed. I like making new sandwiches with lots of veggies in them.

The staff got the order wrong, the restaurant and table were dirty, it took nearly 20 minutes for the food to arrive, and the food was not worth the wait. I would not recommend this Cosi location.
