I love this Walgreens. It always comes in handy for something or other! The best asset besides it’s being open 24 hours is the employees. In particular, Mike in the photo department is phenomenal. He helps me with my huge number of pictures each time I need it. I am much less than savvy when it comes to technology, but he always helps me get the pictures off my smartphone and onto disks and prints. Very helpful!

Your number one source for abortion pills and other medicines needed to treated sexually transmitted diseases. Max wait time for those services; less than 5 minutes. Had plenty of time to count the service cycle time. They even have a Russian speaker to help you take those medicines properly. If you need a pill to help you breathe, expect to wait at least an hour and then you’ll have to create a big scene to get the pill while you gasp for breathe. I assume they’re rewarded for this behavior of shortening the lives of the terminally ill due to guidance from corporate in Deerfield.

Glad to have a 24 hour Walgreens nearby. It does come in handy at times. The staff is friendly and helpful in person and on the phone. That includes getting questions answered by pharmacists as well as getting help from clerks when having trouble finding something. They sell all kinds of stuff here and I can usually get in and out quickly. For some reason Walgreens is the only place I’ve been able to find Iodine. Other stores carry the big bottles of the synthetic providone crap. I want the real stuff! Prices are high on a lot of things(I know, you’re paying for convenience). They do have specials very often, but you can get better supplements for a lot less at Vitamin Shop down the street.

Pharmacy assistants rude and never seem to want to help. They treat people like a number and when calling in for a new script to see if they have stock of a prescribed antibiotics the person was rude and flat out said no. I don’t even think she looked. I have had problems here before. So I have been a loyal CVS customer and only Use them when I have no other choice. Avoid this 24 hours Walgreens

Terrible pharmacy treats their patients like criminals. I have been going there for three years as I am on a disability from a painful spine disorder that I have two prescriptions I come in for every month, both require paper copies. Depending on the pharmacist they treat you like you are a criminal trying to cheat the system for pain medication despite they have three years of records that I come every month for the exact same prescription. I have to depend on others to drive me and use the drive through as I have such pain walking. Several times I was told that it would be available in a few hours only to come back the next day and be told they are out of stock — no one ever calls! One time, after having my prescriptions filled there every month for over two years the pharmacist decided to play GOD and told me he wont refill it until a 72 hours hold. I have almost zero overlap on refills and that was not an option as I would have been in so much pain it guaranteed me an unnecessary expensive trip to the ER. I called my doctor and they called the pharmacist. My doctor’s office said he told them he won’t fill it until they tell him my medical history and the diagnosis why I am getting it. This is after 2 years of them refilling it every month. I felt the pharmacists has no right to refuse a refill until he is told my medical history as it is a valid prescription and they clearly have a record of me. In hindsight if they pull that again I shall file a complaint against their pharmacy wherever they have their license registered. It is bad enough to have to live with this terrible pain and on top of it be treated with such disrespect by some of the pharmacists at this Walgreens. Shame on you Walgreens for having such bullies as pharmacists!

This is my Walgreens of choice. The location is convenient, it’s open 24 hours, and the older guy in the photo department is awesome. 24÷2014÷27

I love this Walgreens. Every time I am here I am treated with a lot of respect. I have been going here for years for prescriptions and I have asked the pharmacists a lot of questions about what to take when I am not feeling well(cold, flu, etc) and have been given a lot of good tips /advice. I get the feeling they care more about me than my own doctor does sometimes.

I’ve been coming to this walgreens to get the same prescription filled each month for over a decade. Every time I’m there I get treated like some sort of would-be criminal. After I pass the inevitable impromptu background check, there’s a problem. Every time. Today there was literally 99 people ahead of me. It wasn’t the employee’s fault, but when there’s only two or three people in the store it’s pretty shocking to find out there are 99 people ahead of you(somehow), and it’s going to be a four hour wait if you wait in the store to pick up your prescription. Like I said, I’ve been going there over a decade, it’s always been like this. It’s never the same problem, but there’s always a problem.

I like this Walgreens in Greenfield. Everything is laid out perfectly. I know exactly where to go. I can close my eyes and will be able to find what I am looking for. Great selection of items as always. I have purchased a journal there. Just what I have been looking for. Great customer service!

24 hour in this area is great! Stopped in for a redbox — It is inside along the front wall by photo. Having 24 hour option is very nice!

Points for being 24 hours, on this night it saved me figuring baby’s tummy didn’t feel so good. But seriously, Gripe water, a bottle of Pedialyte and a Racine Kringle(that was on sale BTW) costs me over $ 25? This is why I only use Walgreens for Redbox, and this store doesn’t even have a kiosk.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens so it is very unfortunate I can’t really give it a better review. The advantage is that it is 24 hours but I do believe thats the only advantage to this location. The staff there is not rude and by no means helpful. I went to the photo center near Christmas,(knowing it was the holidays, I understand they are busy) and the kiosk was missing the connection cord, which the machine stated was attached to the kiosk. I went to ask for assistance, was ignored, asked again, then the employee briefly looked up and said«I’m busy» I proceeded to find the cord on my own and had to grab it from behind the counter(after waiting about 5 mins). When I returned to pick up the photo the next day, it was printed incorrectly and they stated it would be fixed in 10 minutes. I went back 5 hours later and the photo was still not done. I have also witnessed employees in this store dropping items on the ground and leaving them in the middle of aisles. I hope this Walgreens gets it together and trains their employees better…

Every month I have problems with this pharmacy. The staff is rude and insulting. It’s a constant battle to get my scripts. Makes me sad to know the customer service to those needing medicine to help them is so poor.

Only 24-hour Walgreens in the area which is a plus. Wait is a little longer at the pharmacy but that’s to be expected at a busier store. Has several employees with disabilities which is nice to see a big chain store like this employing people of all walks of life. Clientele can be a little sketchy depending on what time of day and day of the week you go so be careful… Make sure you check in on Foursquare to get extra specials and deals!
