I’ve been very pleased with the pharmacy service in comparison to others in the area.

This pharmacy is very unorganized. They don’t know how to properly request refills from a doc office. They definitely don’t follow up on anything. It takes several phone calls to get refills approved. Their fax machine doesn’t work properly! The employees don’t communicate with each other. I could go on but what’s the point. I’ve wasted too much time on these clowns as it is. If asked to describe the pharmacy at this location in one word, I’d say PATHETIC!

I have been filling rxs here for only 2 months. The first time I brought in written prescriptions and they lost them for 3 days. The second time they put my written scripts under my mothers name– and I had to wait an hour for them to fix the problem. Now this time I dropped off a script and they told me it would be ready on the 15. Well it’s now the 21^st and guess what it wasn’t ready. Now I must wait an hour for it to process and it probably still won’t be ready. I talked with the lady at the desk and she was so rude! So I asked to speak with a manager and I told her that I have only been coming her for a short while… Her reply was well we are sorry for what you have gone through but it takes time for us to «get into the swing of things» — excuse me? These are amateur mistakes being made by people who have your life in their hands. I will not be going here any longer. The response from management was sub par And unacceptable in my book.

This should be RBW pharmacy; Really Big Walgreens. That’s all this place is. You’ll catch me in here about once a year trying to get a good price on diapers or wipes. Like I said, that’s once a year, as most of the prices here are jacked up to ridiculous levels. Even the generics cost about as much as the brand name does at any of the other box stores. Unless you need a prescription filled, don’t bother, and I’m not even sure you can get those cheap.
