In between flights and with only a few minutes to spare, we got sandwiches and drinks here to take on the plane. Sandwiches were good and the service was moderately efficient. For a quick, relatively healthy option, this was fine and we would get takeout from here again.

Regular place in the airport. I won’t look for this place outside of the airport but they did a great job preparing my sub fast.

Sandwich was not on the bread I wanted, dry and plain but somewhat healthier than other options at the airport

Located within the terminal. The deli restaurant was my lunch stop stop through Dallas. Staff was not rude nor friendly. Staff was prompt to taking my order. I ordered the turkey club. The sandwich was okay. Nothing stellar but enough to enjoy in a hurry to catch my flight. Good: fast okay food. Bad: staff indifferent. Overall okay visit. Three stars.

Better than other places at the airport and certainly healthier than McDonald’s. A bit out of the way in terminal C and the service isn’t incredibly fast, but you pay for what you get, I suppose.

Although they’re pretty much the same this one could’ve used a cleaning. Admittedly it was toward the end of the day(8:00pm) but I still feel it wouldn’t take much to wipe down the furniture and sweep the floor. Especially when it was as slow as it was. Service was fairly quick and definitely polite to the 3 of us that was there. The good is they have a wide variety of fruit choices, and plenty of healthy«to go» options. Since all I got was the mixed fruit and cup of strawberries I’ll keep it this Unilocal to a 2.5 rating. Based on past experiences I’ll give it a 3. Clean up and I’m sure it’ll move up.

2 Stars because it’s in an airport, and it’s better than starving, I suppose. There was no flavor. The employees were rude. I got a Sub with grilled chicken, Avocado, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Ranch. It should have flavor. It was so bland, I may as well have been eating cardboard. JEEZ! I think for the future, I’d rather just get some snacks and wait until I arrive at my destination to eat. I was hungry, and thought that this was going to be a good solution. WRONG.

Decent self service coffee, but no milk options; only small creamer packs? Selection of breakfast options was limited, but the strawberry cheese croissant was decent.

Ordered the chipotle grilled chicken specialty sandwich. Sadly it didn’t seem very special. The sandwich was a cold sandwich. I wish the signage could have indicated this. The bread was dry and stale. The chicken was dry and lacking flavor. The avocado portion was very stingy, even though they charged me extra for extra avocado. Definitely will not be returning.

They didn’t have enough staff to accommodate their customers. There was only one person in charge of making the orders. The orders were also out of order and incorrect. My sandwich had no cheese and way too much mustard.

Just waiting on my connecting flight at DFW and needed something quick so figured this would work but this may have been the worst $ 10 turkey club sandwich I’ve ever eaten, so bland and the bread was very hard, two thumbs down. I’ll give it one star because the fountain drink was good.

Okay, I’m rounding up here. We were passing through DFW and decided we had time for lunch. One of us ordered from Au Bön Pain, while the other ordered from East Side Mario’s. Guess which one of us is happier? Well, neither. I use to eat at Au Bön Pain all the time when we lived in the Midwest and New England. They were always a lot better than their competition — whether it be sandwiches, croissants or just a «good cup» as their name implies. The Chicken sandwich here was awful and the coffee was worse. I can never understand how seemingly well managed food chains cannot somehow handle an operation just because it’s in an airport. Sorry.

Hmm, it was overpriced as expected, but I still would’ve expected better.

I don’t expect great things from restaurants in airports. They tend to be overpriced and not very tasty. But they have a captive audience: you are trapped in the airport hungry and waiting for your next flight. So I find this place, near my departure gate. The menu doesn’t look so bad. They have a picture of a chicken wrap, The Vermonter, up there that looks good. It turns out to be a wrap packed full of spinach, a couple of tiny pieces of chicken, one or two little lumps of feta cheese, a few cranberries, and gobs of dressing. If I wanted all that spinach and dressing, I surely would have ordered a salad, not a chicken sandwich. Overpriced and disappointing.

I asked for a fruit and yogurt parfait and when I got to gate and opened bag, it literally had only three blueberries in it. Went back and employee said that’s how they make them and a refund would take a while because she had to summon manager from afar. Starbucks is way better.
Thank goodness for Au Bön Pain’s(ABP) existence!!! The thing I always dread about travel is the horribly expensive and not-so-yummy-or-veggie-friendly airport food. DFW sure does a good job making sure there are tasteful foodies available for travelers! Anyhoo I still loveeeee ABP ! I get so excited getting food there. So much fresh delicious artful foodies reasonably priced. Everything I’ve ever ordered from ABP has been superior! The pumpkin soup is absolutely scrumptious!

Au Bön Pain saves me from eating fast food every time at DFW. They have locations in all terminals, which is awesome. I have been sticking to their wraps as of late — they use lavash which is sturdier and more tasty than tortillas. I love the turkey cobb. I just tried the thai peanut chicken wrap yesterday — now my new favorite with chicken, upscale greens(no iceberg!) carrots/cucumbers and an awesome peanut sauce. If you are in the mood for a sammich, I recommend the basil/mozarella or the pesto chicken.

Based on the selection I had, this was the best place for lunch at DFW. I could have gone to any fast food place, but this joint was the healthiest and«freshest.» First sandwich, Chicken Taragon Sandwich, included Grilled Chicken, Tomato, Romaine & Herb Mayonnaise on Rosemary Focaccia. I took off the mayo and had it served with tomato & Artichoke Aioli. Second Sandwich was called Arizona Chicken Sandwich. It had Grilled Chicken, Cheddar, Romaine, Tomato & Chili Dijon Mustard on Sundried Tomato Bread. I requested no cheese and put it on a whole wheat roll. I loved them both, and coupled it with some chips. Healthy start and end to my trip, right?
