This location is normally good but today I received some watered down drinks… about an hour later I went back after talking to the manager to get my drinks replaced that I originally paid extra for to make them larger. Got them and some churros for my inconvenience. Got back to my hotel and they were hard as hell like they took some old ones and refried them! Omg the were not even edible. I’m disappointed. Wasted my time and money! I don’t recommend this location or the one in Cedar Hill… Check your drinks and food before you leave to avoid disappointment and wasting your gas and time. They got one star because my order was right at the least and the food was ok! I won’t be returning to any Bueno. #hellotacocasa!

I have never visited another location. The food is always good considering how cheap it is and that is wondeful; however, the staff has not been friendly the last couple of visits. They don’t acknowledge you at the counter until you’ve been standing there for a minute. There were only a couple of employees who were acting professional. The majority of the staff is obviously young kids and they lacked maturity and professionalism in the work place, as evidenced by the foolish loud bevahior between co-​workers.

LOVE this location! My family and I have visited the Collins and Cedar Hill locations and they just aren’t as friendly and you don’t really get what you pay for at those. All of the staff at this Great Southwest Pkwy location are approachable and don’t hesitate to assist you when you need something and the food is always great and you get what you have paid for! Can’t forget to mention that we’ve probably been to this location 100 times in the last few years and they have never messed up our order!

Nachos NO bueno. Ordered steak nachos and the meat was in very large strips. Tried to cut them with the plastic fork but the meat was too tough. Chips were soggy and were covered with cheese from a can. Will not be back.

Miraya is an awesome employee she always makes my visit pleasant. I always pick this taco bueno because of the positive attitudes the employees have. The restaurant is clean. I like to go to a restaurant where the employees like Miraya remember my name and give my 100 percent excellent service all the time. I own a large flooring company in Dallas and Houston I know how hard it is to find good people to work for you. Toco bueno is lucky to have her.

The tacos and tostadas are great fresh and all the fixin’s to go along with them. I would say the place is underrated because it is not your usual fast food tex-​mex spot.
My friend had the chilada platter. Do not order. It was horrible. Stay away from it. The flour shell was hard and the meat was tasteless. I am not sure how they managed to deliver great tacos and poor enchiladas. I have four stars because it is fast-​food restaurant and the poor enchilada plate.

Not impressed at ALL! Nachos were okay, overloaded in refried beans, cheese was runny (ick) and the tomatoes didn’t even have a taste.
They only get one star because at least they serve coke products.
