Super 8 Grand Prairie North Hotel

My mother (she paid for the room) and I stayed at the motel last weekend to a funeral. We got there seemed friendly most of the staff was noticed a nice little café style area set up with apple and orange juice and coffee despencers… but the problem is however our room smelled a bit of mildew and the toilet didn’t really want to flush, and to make it worse I am on medication for seizures that makes it even harder for me to be without air conditioning and the heat outside was over 100° and the air conditioner was not working properly. My mom called the front desk and instead of helping whoever was there at the time refused to send someone up to help so instead we ended up in a hot room putting me at risk. And let’s not mention the beds and pillows. Now I did hear mention of renovation? So maybe it will be better in the future but as of now its not worth it or at least until its done because nothing works right.
