Eh, Don’t really like sams but we have a free membership so we are trying it out. Do all Sams stay inconsistent in what they sell. We found some Dentibones for our dog a while back at a great price but ever since then(about a year ago) they have not been there. ARGH! Costco will be our next membership… just saying!

Sam’s Club is the nicer version of Walmart and members only, which makes for a more pleasant shopping environment and experience. They are serious about checking for your Sam’s card when you visit. If it’s cold, they don’t care that it’s 30 degrees outside… you better have your card out and visible. In my opinion, the card shouldn’t matter until you get to the register. But it’s a job for someone so I guess I shouldn’t complain too much. Once you get past the bouncer/card checker, you are instantly greeted by larger than life TVs and other electronics. I like to walk around and see what the latest and greatest is before heading towards the back of the store where the bakery and food are located. On Saturdays they have samples and lots of goodies are on display for you to try with the hopes that you’ll buy. The allure of Sam’s is that you can buy things in bulk. For me, buying in bulk lasts a ridiculously long time so I buy items that aren’t too ginormous. Their bakery is pretty decent and their frozen food section isn’t too bad either. Checkout lines are ridiculously long. Why isn’t there an option for express? Everyone who goes to Sam’s isn’t buying two TVs, a basketball goal, 352 roll packs of toilet paper, and enough food to last until the year 2017. Sometimes I go in for like 4 items and wait in line as if I were stocked up to last through Armageddon. That’s warehouse shopping for you. Just like there was a bouncer to get in, there’s a bouncer to get out who will check your receipt to make sure that you didn’t steal anything. That part of the shopping experience is painless for me because I never buy more than 5 – 10 items and my cart can be easily eyeballed to determine that my purchases were in fact legit. But when there are several people in line to exit, it can be just the slightest bit annoying. So my advice? Go to Sam’s with a tremendous amount of patience and with a lot of spare time on your hands.

This Sam’s is in a great location – at least for me! It’s easy to access off I-20/Great Southwest Parkway, and in a plaza with other decent grocery chains. Great prices on lots of unexpected health food items-coconut flour, coconut oil, almond flour, and more. Do get the member’s mark brand of items-these are usually going to be several dollars cheaper than the brand name items. I personally like the member’s mark toilet paper, garbage bags, and napkins. Very nice selection of fresh and frozen veggies and fruits, although they tend to usually be out of stock on unsalted butter. you can get a 36 pack of eggs for a little over $ 4. Can’t beat it. Furniture is pretty expensive here, I wouldn’t buy it, but the clothes, books, and housewares items are sold at pretty decent prices. The snack shop area is okay. The hot dogs are always fresh, but the pizza is hit or miss, and the area where you get your straws and napkins needs to be cleaned much more than it is. I haven’t had any issues with customer service thus far. All in all, a good place to buy groceries, and one of my go-to stores.

Eh, it’s aright in terms of prices, but the shopping experience is like being herded like a cattle stampede. The layout of the store sucks. Many staff that I encountered were beyond rude. I am so weary of the«90’s big warehouse syndrome». I think this type of layout makes people mental. Walmart and Sams needs to call Liz Claiborne and decorate their damn stores. Sorry, can’t do it!

We don’t go shopping here very often because there is just 2 of us. The store was clean. The isles could be labeled a little better though.

One of the better locations. I will drive past the SAMs club area on wheatland road to come here. Employees are nice and seem to be happy at work. Much better selection and the store is much better organized and cleaner.

Thank you Sam’s Club for carrying 40 lb. bags of cat litter! My life would be so much more difficult without you! Now, if you are granting wishes in return, please make it so my wife is not the neighborhood cat lady… please?
