Forced to give a 1 star rating though they actually deserve zero! Wife has been with AT&T for over 10 years, goes by to replace a broken phone for the first time ever– due for upgrade in 7 months and she is asked to pay full retail price… This is how you are rewarded for being a loyal customer for over 10 years… No alternatives options, no discounts, no service gestures I would rather not waste time on the horrible customer service skills of the elderly rep at this location as this is what I have come to expect from AT&T but must say that this is a testament to how much AT&T values its customers and how pathetic their customer service is — something that I have experienced personally several times. I guess my wife will have to dump her AT&T account and go to a better service provider

Worst att store ever. I’ve gone here 3 times and each time they are horrible. They can never help you and you always wait forever. The rep is always incompetent. I only go here because it’s 5 minutes from my home… big mistake! I had to tell her THREE times that I did not want to upgrade my phone. And that I already had the iPhone 6 and that’s one of the best phone there is. And then she says there is the iPhone 6s, and j said NO. And again she said oh it looks like you are ready for and upgrade. Again I said no. And the manager is an idiot also and says she’s just doing her job giving me options. Wtf giving me options? Asking me THREE freaking times to upgrade when I said no everytime? Seriously. Even the manager is incompetent. Don’t go here unless you want no help at all and get upset.

Just bad news. Customer service reps are nice but of no effect. They’ve been at my place 3 times last week, and again on Sunday. Service is up and down but the bills stand strong. They even tried to say my wiring was bad and started giving repair quotes. Ends up their stuff was bad. I have to stop before I start cussing. Just bad news bears.

I walked in and held up my iPhone 5 and said I was wanting to upgrade to the new iPhone. The lady took down my name and told me to wait while someone became available. I waited 20 minutes, constantly being put at the back of the line. After the 20 minute wait, I overheard her telling a gentleman that the new 6 wasnt in stock. I wasted 20 minutes when I could have been told immediately that the 6 wasn’t in stock. Poor customer service.

OMG. I can’t a stand this store. They think that they are an apple store, walking around with all their tablets, putting you in a queue, but taking their time to actually help anyone. There are 2 employees helping one customer… why??? A girl is standing at the register, not helping anyone. 3 middle aged ladies are walking around with their tablets, clueless. There is NO sense of immediacy here whatsoever. I have been waiting 20 minutes now and no one has been helped that’s ahead of me in the queue. All I want to do is buy a phone!

Service: 5⁄5 –Jesus the Retail Sales Manager assisted me today. I just had to downgrade my data plan. Jesus opened the door for me and helped me immediately. In about 5 minutes, Jesus gave me a receipt and I was out the door. –I love the consistent top service I’ve been receiving from AT&T Corporate stores whether it be from NYC, Florida or Texas.
