I never review on anything but I just have to leave this one. I usually love to shop at kroger but tonight has changed my perception. We came in around 1015pm. The store was open so we filled up our cart with groceries and came up to the registers. There was a young lady wiping down her register and no Lights were on. She informed me it was only self checkout. I go to self checkout and there’s a line. Not once did any of the staff offer me any assistance. Not when they saw I had a cart full of stuff did the girl offer to open her register. I can understand that maybe they turned in their drawers, but while scanning all my items on self checkout not even 1 employee came to assist me even though there was a long line forming behind me. Note to self never go to kroger late at night because their customer service is subpar. Very disappointed Kroger with the line that was trailing behind me after I checked out I would’ve thought that at least 1 register could be opened smh

Worst experience ever. They won’t take credit cards with chips. The manager said to go somewhere else. They’ll be getting a call tomorrow. No longer a Kroger man.

Kroger is usually nothing to write home about but this location is different. It has been recently remodeled within the last several years, unlike the location closer to my home. Employees are extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to help you locate whatever it is that you are looking for. The store layout is simple and their stock is great, minus green salsa. La Costeña’s green salsa is my absolute favorite but this Kroger does not carry it. Other than the green salsa, this Kroger is perfect.

This place sucks! Went here to get balloons and waited ten minutes, approached two different people for help, was approached by a third and waited several more minutes to get assistance. The guy finally arrived and I’m am STILL waiting for him to finish inflating three freaking balloons after accidentally letting two go. Yes, writing this as I’m waiting. 30 minutes, 4 balloons. Wtf. Nope. Never again.

i really like this particular Kroger because of their variety in their inventory. They carry quite a few gluten free items and I like their international food section. I was pretty amused that they carried lady fingers when I needed them. Keep a look out for great deals on their steaks. I was able to score a bunch for practically half off.

It’s a lot nicer since they’ve remodeled. I always go to get their chocolate cookies from the bakery. They’re to die for! I also really like their sushi. It isn’t obviously as good as sushi from a fancy restaurant but it’s pretty good for grocery store sushi!

I think this store has changed management. I use it once a week, but for the last few months I’ve gone a lot less. The produce is always moldy. It’s not just once in a while, it is literally every time I go in. I’m not sure what the sewer smell is that is sometimes wafting out of the bakery department either. Some days it’s not filling the air, but when it is it puts me off of food completely. The seafood department is also rotating out the food much too slowly. I’ve gotten spoiled fish and crab legs from there 3 times now. I’ve stopped using that department all together because my freind got food poisoning. I buy mostly produce, so the mold is chasing me away from this store entirely. I’ve never seen moldy onions outside of this store. I wasnt sure onions could mold. I’m getting close to reporting the store to corporate or the regulating agency. It’s down the street from me otherwise I’d have stopped using it mounts ago. My update… For the fourth time we bought spoiled fish from the seafood department. I was in a hurry and thought surely the fish won’t be bad this time. I was surprised to find what I did. It is not ok to sell rotting fish to customers. The sad thing is you get it home and have to open the package before the stench makes you realize what you just bought. It was the last straw for me. The fish was actually falling apart from breaking down. I can’t describe the smell, but very sour and something else. They used to take pride in that store but its long since changed. I’ve reported the store to corporate who confided in me they’ve had 200 complaints on the store in just a few months. This last episode left me no choice but to report them to the health dept. Here’s some pictures of the tomatoes. Look closely and you’ll see its 5 moldy tomatoes in one frame and 3 in another. The berries are usually much worse. These are the norm, but taken 8−15−15

GREATLOCATION! you can rack kroger points here on instore purchases and then pump at the shell next lot over for a discounted price. they always have a nice staff and seems to have this place together. sometimes you can catch them putting«managers special» stickers and placed in discounted areas. ive inspected most of the items and it seems like its just overstock, and not defective.
