Just Nails

I’ve been coming here occasionally for the past couple of years, I don’t get my nails done too often. However, service is great. You’d be surprised how patient the ladies at Just Nails are. I’ve seen customers come in and out and be unnecessarily demanding/​rude to the workers here and the ladies handle them very well, even go the extra mile to ensure that the customers leave happy.
I do see that they sterilize their tools, as I see them frequently walking back and forth to this machine they have, so I’m not at all worried about sanitation/​hygiene.
I’m not an acrylic girl at all, but their work with gel and the usual manicure-​pedicure is great. They’re very precise, they take their time to make sure your hands and feet are well taken care of. If there is anything you notice, however, that could be improved/​done better, the workers are very easy to talk to, so don’t hesitate to tell them if you want something fixed! The reason I left out a star is that I wouldn’t rely too much to do complex designs, such as a detailed rose or anything, but I wish they did! Overall, though designs are nice, service is great, and nails are done well.

the only thing I loved was how she cut my nails. i asked for a mani and pedi, she didnt scrub my feet and didnt give me a leg message. When she did my manicure i didnt get a hand massage and she didnt cut my cuticles, i got a gel manicure. The tools that they use are not sanatized after each use, they are only rinsed off and on to the next person!!! that is so unsanitary! i will never come here again. the prices are great but its not wroth it if your are expoxed to funguses and other nasty stuff

Linda was great w my pedicure !! My sister and mom and my 3 year old daughter got the best treatment. But I’m highly disappointed w Victoria and her manners and her way of doing acrylic nails.
I’ve been through a lot of nail places throughout San Diego and a few through out some different states. This is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. Her process was backwards and left my nailbeds BLACK from the powder she used on my nails. She was on her phone talking half the time, as well.
Second major complaint about Victoria was when I made mention of two of nails grow in crooked and when you file them down, you have to do it a certain way. She told me «yes, yes, yes.» Like she was trying to shoo me off on my comment. HOW RUDE.
Third comment, it’s been two weeks now and the powder is crumbling off my nails. It’s rough to the touch and I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR GEL !! This is the worst place to go to for acrylics but great for pedicures !! They have great chairs and like I said, Linda was great. And the owner Kim was there as well. That made me smile knowing the owner cares.
