Horrible service… they try to multi task and we are all paying customers. I had foil in my fingers for 1 hr. And told the owner that I had to leave. She said what honey I do for you. Sat me in another chair just waiting more. So I got up and left. Never again will I go there. Left there to go to Elite Spa in Arlington at the Highlands and they attend to me right away.

DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE!!! FUNGUSONNAILS, GELPOLISHCHIPSAFTERONEDAY, RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT, BADSERVICE, OVERPRICED!!! I’m born and raised in Grand Prairie so I try to support local businesses. Never again will I go to this place! Ever! If I could give this place no stars I would. I dropped in to get my nails done before a big event out of town. 5 of my gel nails chipped and 2 broke w/n the first 4 days of my trip. When I came in to inform management of what happened he rudely told me that I should have called the day it happened. I took pictures of my poor nail job the same day it happened(the next day) and offered to show him but he ignored me and basically kicked me out. He rudely told it was nothing he was going to do and come back or call back. All while never looking up. Coward! I left him with a few explicits. I would never go here. I have never had a fungus on my nail, EVER! But, now I do! This place is low class and wasn’t worth my hard earned money. Not that it matters, but I am a single mother and getting my nails done for events are a luxury. This terrible service really chaps my ass. Save your money and go somewhere else.

ive been coming here for the past 3 years. but Service has always been a hit and miss since early last year, the last time i came here was horrible, i think the tech was new but she did a horrible job on my nails, my mom was getting a pedicure next to me and she finished faster then i did, i know faster is not always better but in this case 30 mins later and a horrible job. she asked if i wanted a designed i said yes and she painted God knows what on there, something that a 2 year old would do. the polish was very much outside of my toes and she went and cleaned it with remover but because i had choosen a red color it left red stains on my skin, those later came out after showring etc. the second time i was here was a month ago, this was an older tech, ive seen her many times here before, again a horrible job. this was the last straw for me. i will not come here anymore, my mom wont either as she also had a bad experience when the tech cut her.

I’m in tears. My usual nail salon is closed for remodeling so I decided to try this place for my bi-weekly gel manicure. First off, they had a limited selection of gel polishes. When I decided to do a regular polish instead since I didn’t want to choose a gel I didn’t like, lo and behold they brought another set of gel selections for me to choose from. I did find a color that I liked among those. However it took over 10 minutes while my nails are soaking in acetone to remove my old gel, for them to find it. While the lady was doing my nails, I had to repeatedly ask her to stop digging her nail into the side of my finger while holding/steadying it. She was very rough with the cuticle pusher while removing my old gel. I’ve had this done several times by my old salon by different people(I don’t have a dedicated nail tech) and this was brutal. Then while trying to remove a stubborn piece of gel she used an emory board on the top of my nail until it burned. I asked her to stop once, twice, and finally after the third time she moved on to another nail. That nail is red and burning and paper thin on the area she filed down! I had had enough. I asked to please stop doing my nails and offered to only pay for the removal of the gel, which costs $ 5 at most other salons, but let them ring me up for $ 10. $ 10 to take my old gel off and ruin my nail! I am giving them 2 stars rather than 1 because the other staff tried to convince me to stay and let someone else do it. I am sorely(no pun intended) disappointed in experience there.

I just finished my pedicure with Cindy. She was the friendliest nail tech I have ever met! She did an amazing job! The conversation was easy and comfortable, not forced like with some nail techs I have met. I opted for the deluxe pedicure with wax and hot stone massage for $ 30. The prices are reasonable and the service was quick and friendly! What more could a girl ask for?! I will definitely be back!

Long wonderful pedicures and nail techs who are perfectionists! Not to mention the eye brow waxing was quick, literally painless, and perfect.

I’ve been here several times and usually leave disappointed. It’s the convenience of the location that kept me coming back. I’ll have to find somewhere else though as my last visit was the final straw. I went with my daughter and my daughter’s cuticles were completely cut up. First off, my daughter wanted gel and the tech argued that solar would be better and for lack of communication she took the techs suggestion and went with solar. The tech cut my daughter’s cuticles so badly with the drill you would think she’d never done this before. I watched the same tech cut the next client too while my tech was finishing my nails. My daughter wanted a Leopard design which looks like messed up black dots. The overall job is horrible and its not the first time we have walked out with cut up cuticles, product on our skin and once a pedi actually made my toe bleed due to their over digging for ingrown toe nails that don’t exist. I’ve heard other customers complain about these same issues more than once. I’ve seen customers refuse to take certain techs too, they prefer to wait for the owner since she seems to be the only one that does a decent job. And one last thing, I know that these people that run these shops bad mouth the clients in their language but this place has no shame, it’s so obvious. Just flat out rude and they really think that the clients are clueless.

I called ahead of time around 12:30PM(on a Sunday) and asked when they were available for a mani pedi. The guy who answered said come after 1PM. I showed up a few minutes after 1PM and was seated in a pedi chair after 15 minutes. However, I waited in the pedi chair for at least another 30 – 40 minutes before a nail tech was available. My pedi experience was great. The guy took his TIME giving me my massage. Same for my arms as well. Just be sure you’re not having to rush anywhere afterwards. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because the guy didn’t do a thorough job shaping my nails, but painting them, he did a pretty good job. The atmosphere is nice and they have a beach theme going.

I’ve been here a few times with my mother, all which have been decent experiences. Today I went to get a full set. Inside is clean and well decorated. As for the nails, they did a terrible job. I got regular acrylic pink tips. The tech did not take the time out to make sure she did a good job. Other techs kept coming over and hovering… distracting. I have gel stuck on my skin and my nails physically hurt. My nails are uneven as well. Paid $ 40. Will NOT be going back. edit: I got my nails done on Sunday… its now Thursday. One of my nails already came off! :/DO NOTGOTOTHISNAILSALON!
