I will give the quality of my nails a 5 and the actual appearance of the business a 3 which leaves me at 4. The place is in need of a update or upgrade. There are so many nice nail salons that are now out that this one should keep their appearance up to. It’s smaller then most and actually located in a great area. I hope they invest more into making the customer experience enjoyable.
I got a French manicure (solar). A little pinker then I like but she did a great job making them look even on both hands.

This place is TERRIBLE. If I could give them a zero I would. When I first walked in their was No ONE in there… that was a red flag and I should have turned around and departed. There was a man who was doing my pedicure he was so ruff, so I inform him you are handling my feet ruff. The man began to laugh so I looked at him and told him to get me someone else to do my pedicure and if he didn’t I was not paying for this TERRIBLE service. Someone else did my pedi after they spoke in there language and am sure they were talking about me but I will not be going back to this nail shop. The customer service is terrible. Say your money and time and go where you will be taken care of and pamper.

You’re probably better off doing your own nails at home. This place used to be great but has definitely fallen from grace. My nails look nothing like what I asked for and no one seemed interested in their job anymore. Just save your money. Zero stars, will not return.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would give them ZERO stars. Let me explain why.
I ventured into this place to get a simple pedicure and there was just a guy who barely spoke English there. That should have been my sign to flee. But I decided to give it a chance. Wrong decision.
After a terrible job of trimming my nails, I discovered a cut on my big toe. I decided to end the pedicure then and there. The staff there LOCKED THE DOOR AND HELD ME HOSTAGE until I paid them $ 20.
When I called the police to report them they lied to the police and admitted to taking pictures of my license plate number. At all costs avoid this place because they are an untalented group of criminals.
