We are regulars to this IHOP… Went in for breakfast this morning and THEREWEREBUGSALLOVERTHEFLOOROFTHERESTAURANT. Crickets? There had to be at least 15 dead bugs all over the floor of the lobby. We are thoroughly creeped out and probably won’t be returning to this location…

Sevice was extremely slow. Waited for 10 minutes for a drink and even longer to check out. Wouldn’t have minded but the place wasn’t even busy. Food was ok

Called ahead to check to see if there was a line — told there was no line. Arrived five minutes later to a 25 min wait. Told hostess we were willing to split our party of seven into two tables. After many people seated before us, asked again and told that we would have to wait yet another 25 minutes. I guess they really didn’t want our business.

Love this location! Always friendly service and very quick. I always go with the Chicken Fajita omelette Made with egg whites and then subtitue pancakes for Harvest Grain N Nut with butter pecan syrup! Must try :)

This IHOP has waitstaff that actually work for you and don’t act as if you’re interrupting their day. They will sub a side salad for pancakes(I’m on a low carb diet), and if you sub egg substitute or egg white, it will fit in to Atkins or possibly Paleo. They make decaf fresh every time I go there! Last visit was on 11÷2÷14; my friend wasn’t able to print out her birthday coupon(yes, they have a birthday coupon), our waiter Obari got the email address for the location and she was able to email off of her smart phone. Jodi is also a great waiter. I have never had a bad experience with this particular location. Now if only the IHOP on Beltline/183 in Irving could improve…(right now it’s a No Star location in my book)

Have gone to this one a few times and now I’m finally writing a review. This is pertaining to January 14′ I went when there was the rush of after new years day and the service was pretty good considering it was scary busy. BUT I saw a roach… first it was on the wall then on the table and I myself had to kill it before it got any closer. Waiter didn’t return too often but don’t blame them it was busy. Never returned and have altogether stopped going to ihop.

Had a wholly unsatisfactory experience at IHOP this morning. Not sure what happened with my server, but after taking my order and bringing coffee and water, she basically disappeared. I am a reasonably patient person, but after 30 minutes and no food, I went up to the manager at the register and said I wanted to pay for my coffee, that breakfast had never arrived but I wanted to leave. Yes, he comped me my coffee(for which I tried to pay ’cause I did drink it), and then I went down the street to Whataburger. This was unusual, as I have been coming to the Highway 360IHOP in Grand Prairie for years and have never had a problem before. This server was new to me, perhaps new to the restaurant in general. It’s a shame how one bad experience can color one’s view of a business: I guess I am only human.

Has gone downhill lately. Greeter speaks and understands English poorly and is curt and unfriendly; busboy rude and surly. Place does not seem as clean as it once was. Food was fine, however.

Update — iHop Management called to discuss the issue below. The service and food was very good on my previous visits to this same location so I think 4 stars is appropriate. My wife and I stopped in this evening for dinner. We have eaten here several times before. We were promptly seated by a male who promised that the server(female) would take care of us. However, the two seemed to disagree on our table number and other things. After our server took our drink order, the bickering continued in the kitchen. I was particularly disgusted with the male’s quoting bible citations to make his point. The server was coming back to our table with drinks, but they were not correct and she had to go back. We are not about to put up with that kind of annoyance when we go out to eat. It was ashame because there was only a couple of other customers in the store at the time. We walked out. Instead, we went to Schlotsky’s and took some food home to enjoy in quiet.

I have been to several IHOP locations. This one is very good. They have very friendly servers that are helpful. The food comes out quickly(the IHOP’s in Dallas can take forever sometimes). I usually eat here once or twice a month on Sunday for breakfast. Every time I have been here, we have never had to wait for a table, despite it appearing to be very busy. There are a ton of people always working, which is probably why everything is so quick and efficient here. I am a fan.

This location has good breakfast food, like most of the other IHOP restraunts, but what really sets this one above the rest is the service. The staff is quick, friendly and always courteous. I’ve been there a lot and have never had a bad experience.
