My coworker bought some donuts and kolaches for an event we had at work this morning. We had the potato, egg, and cheese kolaches, bacon, egg, and cheese kolaches, cake donuts, red velvet, chocolate cake, marble cake(I think), donut holes, cinnamon twist, apple fritter and blueberry cake donuts. The kolaches were good but I think mine had a little bit too much cheese. We tried a little sample of all of the different types of donuts, but I don’t think that they were that special. The chocolate cake one seemed a bit dry but everyone else seemed to love them.

The croissant donuts are to die for! Really everything is delish! Staff is very friendly, the place is super clean, and the décor is classy. You’ve got to come see and try this place.

I truly wish I could give this place a better rating but the selection was PITIFUL. I came in at 11am on a Friday and the case that was supposed to have donuts, kolaches, and cronuts was almost completely empty. We were able to choose between the only two available options: teriyaki kolache and the Philly cheesesteak kolache but decided to wait for fresh ones. It would take 10 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese and everything else was 30 plus minutes. Yeah the food was good but was it worth the wait? No. You’re better off going to a local mom and pop place for donuts. Don’t drive out of your way for Glazed!

My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We didn’t have any issues with their service and they were friendly and helpful. I was hoping to see more pastries but this is our 1st time there, so we got other things. Donuts holes are more rich tasting than the typical donut holes, and the croissant holes were rich and buttery, just delicious. For the stuffed kolaches we got one of each, we liked the jalapeño, salsa, egg, and ham the best. When we come back, we are definitely getting the cronuts!!!

I finally had the chance to try Glazed Donuts & Café and the only thing I regret is that it took me so long to try it. Since it was my first visit, I decided to get a variety of items to go. The cronuts were amazing. My wife said it was definitely a top three best donut she’d ever had. The red velvet donuts were also very good. Usually when I’ve had cream cheese icing elsewhere, it tastes curdled. That was not the case here. The cream cheese frosting was fresh and a perfect compliment to the red velvet cake donut. Additionally we tried the kolaches and maple bacon donuts. Both were excellent! I had a chance to talk to one of the owners at the store and it sounds like they purchased the café about 6 months ago and it seems like they are trying to revitalize it. I plan to go back soon and try their crème brulee donuts. This is definitely a place to check out.

So. I come here on a whim(worst mistake ever) thinking I’d have a better experience. I order a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, an iced latte to go and a croissant donut. Almost 70% of my order was denied. #1 They’re not cooking croissant sandwiches #2 They’re not making lattes at that time. Are you serious?! I don’t know why I keep showing up at this place, just to be disappointed again.

I had the glazed donut holes, cookies and cream donut, glazed cronut and the sausage egg and cheese kolache. They were all delicious! Didn’t give it a full five stars because the full menu was not available and I really wanted to try the Nutella donut. Next time!

Good croissant donuts holes and Apple fritters sometimes. They DONOT have stumptown coffee. Be warned. Coffee taste more like Folgers even though they’re using decent looking espresso machine.

Good donuts and kolache selection. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit. Place is nicely decorated as well. Customer service is just like any regular donut shop. I noticed some reviewers complaining on here about service but what do you expect? It’s not a 5-star restaurant.

This place has new owners and they now serve various types of KOLACHES!!! mmmm my fav is the Jalapeño Cheese kind and they also serve these Breakfast stuffed bread rolls — chicken ranchero, philly steak, bacon egg, etc. I think they’re aiming to go with the quick/easy and on the go breakfast items and it totally works! Although it’s new owners, they DO still have the many types of Glazed Donuts ALONG with… CRONUTS!!! Croissant/Donut combo… mmm! I had the Nutella one and it was superb! I know it’s located in somewhat of a hidden corner but definitely go check them out especially in the morning bc they can run out of the good stuff. and they still serve Harney & Sons tea like the previous owners too which is my favorite brand of tea! GOCHECKTHEMOUT!!!

Heads up they DONOT serve hot food anymore. Unfortunately there is no Waffles/French toast/Kobe Beef sandwich. They are JUST a doughnut shop. Their coffee is more expensive than Starbucks which is 5 steps away.

They keep trying out new donuts to offer, I love it! I get bored with a stagnant selection, so I was pleased as punch when I walked in to see unfamiliar items! I’m not a big fan of their chocolate old fashioned donut, it’s too light and not sweet enough to me, so I’d always skipped the vanilla version as well assuming it would be the same. But they had a blueberry old fashioned they were trying out, and I think they tossed one in my box for free? Blueberry isn’t typically my deal, but omg, soooo good. I actually don’t care for their regular blueberry or strawberry cake donuts either because the texture and fruit flavor are just a bit off imo(other ppl seem to love them though, so idk), but the old fashioned blueberry variety was perfect taste and texture with additional frosting dolloped decoratively on top of the glaze. So the next time I stopped by, I picked up a vanilla old fashioned, which is typically my fave type of donut at a standard shop, to give it a chance, and wow, best in the metroplex. Perfect glaze amount! I’ve only ever had one experience with a wall full of skimpily frosted donuts here, and it made me very sad, but it’s been good ever since! So keep up the good work with the generous frosting amounts, Glazed! Speaking of frosting, the most recent maple bacon donut I had was absolutely primo. Generous maple glaze with actually crispy bacon! Bacon is so finicky to cook, so I don’t blame previous encounters with limp bacon on them. I also recently tried a cheese and egg quiche and some kolaches, but both were duds. :(The kolache dough wasn’t soft enough, and I’m pretty sure the quiche had bell peppers in it which I loathe. But tbh, I don’t even care. I was only buying those for my savory-loving man, all I care about are donuts! And last but not least: they had a slightly different take on a cinnamon roll, I think they said it was a «flower» cinnamon roll? It was basically donut holes arranged in the traditional spiral so that every bite had that perfect cinnamon to glaze ratio and also a perfect fried dough crispiness to soft melt in your mouth softness ratio. One suggestion: please train all employees not to stack the donuts vertically in a box in such a way that all the sticky caramel or raspberry drizzle on, say, a crème brûlée or raspberry dream donut doesn’t just stick to the paper and come off. This is just a minor foible, but a slight improvement would be beneficial! Final thought: I also feel like they’ve been doing really well with making enough donuts to meet the demand lately. I love walking in to a mostly full selection. I love you guys! Please open a new location wherever I move after I graduate, lol!

Id love to give a review considering I drove 20 minutes over here but they’re closed. I called and asked what time they open. I was told 6am. I said that I was there at 9:45 and her response was that maybe the opening employee was running late. I told her almost four hours is beyond running late and that I was disappointed to have driven 20 minutes one way for them to be closed. She said I’m sorry. I don’t feel like she cared at all and I am disappointed I wasted my time. I’m sure they have great food, but if they aren’t open to serve it I can’t know.

I stopped by this quaint little bistro while having my car serviced next door. What a pleasant surprise! I had the French Maid breakfast which was quite delicious. I took a picture but got so into my food, I started eating before I could write my review(picture’s gone now). Originally I thought they would be too expensive but the pricing was reasonable and I left satisfied. I would’ve given a 5-star rating but they no longer had chicken n waffles on the menu. I was not disappointed with what I got instead. I look forward to trying a waffle and French toast Next time!

Hours are not as posted. Came here about 8:30am, and they weren’t open. Can’t judge them off their donuts since I really can’t buy them. Frustrating that I drove all the way out here to see that it’s closed. You’re better off just going to a mom and pop shop to get your donuts before work.

This is the original location, I believe, and since the one close to my job is gone, I’ve had to venture here for my fix. The service is much better at this location, thank goodness! It was getting difficult to go to the matlock location. They have all the same menu items the other did– with some I never saw at the matlock store. Lots of waffle options– even one smothered in peanut butter and sliced bananas. whaaaat! I also tried a boudin kolanche– full of smoky sausage and rice, it was extremely unique and satisfying. They have all the same drinks and donuts– I’m partial to cake– and they have a strawberry cake that’s so lovely– with just a perfect kiss of glaze that doesn’t overpower the actual donut. I have seen a few new items here– like the banana nut– I’ll try that next time I stop in for my sweet fix.

Super cute café. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Would be a great place to meet friends for an afternoon get together. I had the waffles and they smelled soooo good as they where being made. Could smell them all the way in the front of the café. Super attractive presentation! The waffles were a little dense for my liking but had a great flavor and were very filling. Only had half and was full. Glad i stopped by to try it.

Not your average! They have any type of donut you can think of, & then some! Their donuts are equivalent to meals! I had the maple bacon donut & the raspberry cream donut. The maple bacon one, sweet to the core but in a good way. Lots of bacon on top, the maple is good as well. Then, the raspberry cream, it may be a little messy but it’s worth it. The creamy inside kicks it up a notch along with the raspberry drizzle on top. They also serve all types of coffee, tea & sweets. Other than donuts, they have breakfast sandwiches, quiches, cakes, etc. The perfect place if you have a sweet tooth early in the day.
