my order been missed for a 15 mins. I come and asked they didn’t give fuk .
The store manager should consider let the guy named SETH — hands down worst barista ever.

I love coming here every morning, it’s conveniently located on my route to work.
FOOD —
Just like most Starbucks, their food is mass produced, cooked and then sent to the stores to be warmed up in an oven to serve to customers (if they want it warmed up). It is not the best breakfast food… but it’s definitely not the worst.
I think their pastries are the freshest to eat compared to the sandwiches, or at least they taste fresher. Their sandwiches are decent, but you can tell they are not fresh and just reheated.
COFFEE (Specifically: Frappuccino)
I typically drink what my friends and girlfriend call «frou-​frou Drinks», meaning their Frappuccinos. According to my friends they’re not real coffee. I still enjoy drinking them :)
I like this Starbucks because when I ask for Caramel Drizzle they add the perfect amount. I am a little annoyed with them though, they keep adding whipped cream when I ask for none.
They’re whipped cream is my favorite but it doesn’t mix well with my stomach.
SERVICE:
They are always very polite and give me my coffee with a smile.

A nice location conveniently located close to me. It is a spacious place but there are times that it gets kinda packed and it’s hard to find a place to sit. Generally, the coffee is good. Never messed up on my order before but then again I don’t order anything too complicated like a venti ½ and ½ soy latte at 120 degrees.

This was the worst experience I have had at any Starbucks location. The girl who checked me out at the register, Herbal I believe her name tag said, was utterly rude and curt. She then neglected to correctly make my drink and when I asked her for the topping that it already should have come with she just barely dabbed some on top of the thick layer of foam that wasn’t suppose to come with my beverage. I’m am surprised that this is the level of service that I experienced at a Starbucks!

Always a place to sit. Looking for s chill spot. Perfect place to make new friends. Coffee and staff are great

Small but busy place. Staff is friendly and efficient. Got my order right. Very clean and inviting. Lots of sitting area. And love the free wifi.

I enjoy Starbucks quite a bit. This location? Not so much.
This location is super convenient being right off of 360 and Camp Wisdom and is a popular meet up spot for all types of people. I’ve met with my realtor, coworkers, and friends here on several occasions. The only downside is that if you come at the wrong time you will basically have to creep on people to get their seat the second they leave. They have ample outdoor seating but let’s be honest… we live in Texas and there is rarely ever a good time of year to sit outside.
So why the 3 star rating? I like this Starbucks but it’s not my favorite. Employees are not very helpful or particularly friendly. The seating situation is ridiculous. This store is in a high traffic area being located next to two shopping centers and right off of a highway so I don’t understand why it’s so small.
Convenience keeps me coming back despite the mediocre service and lack of chairs.

I went through the drive-​thru of this location. I was provided with the expected service. The barista was friendly and patient while I ordered, and I was on my way quickly.

Serious supply issues. Sometimes they are out of cups, sometimes milk, and most recently some syrups. It’s not like they’re specialty products they don’t know they’ll need. It’s not like it’s snowing and trucks can’t make it.

I always get great service here they have a very friendly staff and they have great tasting frappuccinos!!!

Friendly staff making good drinks and fast drive thru service. Their location makes it a little hard to get in and out of but other than that they make a good cup of coffee. Would come here again for a drink.

Baristas are always friendly and coffee is pretty consistent, I rarely have an issue with my order.

Absolute pieces of shit work here. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru never got our drinks because no one would come to the window.
Went inside and still did not get our order. We could see our drinks sitting at the drive thru window, obviously cold at this point since its been so long.
The manager here has to be a real genius, today topped shit service off but it’s been pretty bad before.

My go to place to study! Free wifi and the workers are really nice! Nice place to relax. The skinny vanilla latte and white chocolate mocha latte are my fav! Only downfall is that its REALLY cold so bring a jacket.

Went here with my friend in November and had a great experience! The employees were really nice and helpful when we couldn’t decide what we wanted. I’ve always had good experiences in the drive thru too because they are quick.

The counter clerk Eric is a HORRBLIE CLERK AND BARISTA! The last 6 times I have been
here, he has overcharged me and given me HORRIBLE service.

People are friendly, but you may miss a comfy seat if you get there around 9 a.m. on a weekday. Bring a jacket! The place is cold in the winter.

This place saved me when my internet wasn’t set up at home yet. They stay open pretty late and its location is super convenient for me to stop by on my way to work.
My only gripe is the inconsistency in the coffees. I’ve gotten great lattes and very burnt tasting lattes here so I’m a little hesitant to become a regular but when I need a true pick me up in the morning, you’ll find me in the drive through here.

This is one of my favorite places to just hang out and read or surf.
This is one of the cleaner Starbucks that I’ve been to recently.
There’s always a number of people in here, but the noise level never seems to get to high.
The only down side, there could be more sitting.
