We schedule our reservation a week in advance and they even call the day of the reservation to confirmed it.
We had schedule a pick up at 4:00 pm but no one showed up. We call every 15 min to see why they haven’t pick us up yet and the manager said he’s on his way everytime. The guy eventually pick us up around 5:40 pm ! The worst customer service I had ever witness ?! To top it off he (manager) wasn’t sorry for his action until we got there and I went off on him. He apologied for it and gave us a discount. Which was nice but he gave us the wrong drop off location ?!! What the heck ! They have bad communication between managers and employees. I dont know if they are like this everytime or they are just having one of those week. But one thing for sure they need to get it together.
