They were shut down for remodeling when I went by for lunch a few weeks ago. I called to see if they were now open, and got a message saying their number had changed to 214−243−7175. Went to voicemail, so I’m still not sure if they’ve re-opened yet. I love this place! My grandfather and I used to come here every Sunday. He’s from Hawai’i, and loves to get his sushi on. I’m allergic to seafood, so I trust his high standards when it comes to making a sushi recommendation. They’ll make you sushi to order, and he’d eat 3 plates full before going after the oysters and crab legs. Must be good. I typically focus on the Mongolian grill. People are complaining about selection, but it’s better than just about any other buffet I’ve been to. They have about 8 sauce choices,(the typical stuff; soy, teriyaki, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, chili, and some others I can’t remember off the top of my head) but no powdered seasonings. The meats are usually frozen, but I don’t see why that matters. They cook it anyway, and it makes no difference in texture or flavor. Always at least 2 starches, and plenty of fresh veggies. They have steamed and fried rice at the buffet that you can certainly add to your plate before or after cooking if you’re so inclined. Food is always fresh when you go around lunch/dinner times, but as with ANY buffet, the further from mealtime you get, the less fresh the food is going to be. I feel like that’s just common sense.

This place used to be worth the drive. Now, it’s gone downhill. Just went back one more time to see if it has improved but it think it got even worse than last time we ate there. Never will we ever come back again. Food sucks, not like it used to be. No more oysters and crablegs on dinner but they still charge $ 10.99. Some plates are dirty too feels like I’m gonna get sick eating there.

This establishment could have been ok, if it weren’t for the ill mannered staff. As soon as I stepped in, the seater was absent for about 5minutes, never mind, let them keep you waiting for another 10. The lack of customer service was even more apparent as waiters and waitresses ignored tables. On the other hand, the Oriental cuisine offered at this location was comparable to other restaurants in the area. I wouldn’t recommend it though, having a peaceful lunch here is not possible, much less worth a penny of anyone’s time.

Worst place ever. Food was dry & old. Picture national lampoons Vegas vacation when the brother in law takes them to the buffet. That would have been better. Highly do not recommend this place. Stay away!!!

Stay far away. VERY far away! Went to this location only due to the convenience by my at-the-time residence. I’m only giving one star because I can’t give ZERO stars. From the start things appeared to be okay, but this was prior to visiting the actual buffet. The visit was on a Friday night and while it was still hours to closing the food was obviously sitting out for a lengthy amount of time — enough to appear wrinkled. Thinking«it’s probably almost closing, I probably got the last selection», I still gave it a try. Wish I never did as the food was cold hard and stale. «No worries let’s try the Mongolian Grill», which is always been a favorite of mine, yet the two selections of meat were entirely frozen — there was a little to nothing to add to your dish; no seasonings whatsoever and the final result was nothing short of disappointment. Upon receiving my bill it was miscalculated. I had to tell the cashier several times that it was inaccurate before I was properly rung up under my OWN calculations! Ended up having dinner somewhere else. My family and I will never return.

Above average Chinese buffet — very clean, vast selection, and attentive service. Their selection included the basic Chinese dishes, but also included Mexican food and some Japanese items. Plus the price wasn’t bad at all!

I was taken here with my bosses for a lunch and unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. Most Chinese buffets are pretty much the same. A few have the Mongolian grill, which this one does. I prefer to use this, as I can make my food as healthy as I want. I was definitely not happy with this grill though. Obviously I was not expecting Ghengis grill quality, but damn. Only 2 meat choices, chicken and beef, and they were both frozen solid. Only 2 starch choices, udon noodles(pre cooked) and chow mein. The veggies has tons of ice cubes in them. Only a few sauces to choose from, and none really blew me away. No spices at all to add. I like to grab a few sushi pieces while waiting for my plate to be grilled. The selection is very minor. The rolls are pretty much all based on California rolls, with the fake crab. The other pieces are very rice-heavy. The staff is very nice, and the place is kept clean. The traditional Chinese buffet is great apparently, but I really am just not a fan of all that grease.

TERRIBLE!!! The waitress was wondering why most of our plates were left untouched. The food was COLD and old. When we paid the bill I mentioned to the owner/manager about the poor quality of food and all he had to day was to let him know the next time we were there, to which I responded that«there will not be a nex time». Wasn’t even interested in finding out what was wrong. Kids under 10 are not supposed to be at buffet by themselves and of course they were touching all the fruit with their dirty hands!!! NOTWORTHIT if you’ve had fresh food anywhere!!!

Been there twice. First time was ok, second time was a definite turn off. Found hair in food, and no it was not my hair. I wish the mongolian grill didn’t let us choose which sauces, not labeled, to use ourselves. It would help if there had been guidelines because some mixes are not very good. Service is decent.

Saturday lunch buffet about $ 10. This place is good. I return here once a month. The shrimp dishes are all good, they have condensed milk with fried shrimp, spice shrimp with zucchini and fried shrimp. The fresh oyster are fresh and cold, just the way I like it. They have roast beef that taste great, even better with spicy shrimp sauce on top. Their service is good too. 01/20/2012 — The food is still very good. My wife and I have been eating here once a month for a long time.

Three stars– thats pretty good for me to give to a buffet. I’ve gone here a few times, so that says something for them. Most buffets make me feel like crap afterwards, this one not so much. Like the other post mentioned– they do have a mongolian grill and sushi that is included in the buffet. There is a pretty good variety of chinese dishes, and decent quality for buffet I should add, as well as a salad bar, and a large collection of fried stuff. There seems to be quite a bit of shrimp dishes– which makes me happy– as well as other seafood: mussels, crawfish, and salmon. Its like $ 10 for dinner or weekends. It may be cheaper weekday lunch, but I don’t know the price.

Decent. Not good, not bad. The place is pretty and they have nice TV’s everywhere, but the food is you ordinary, run of the mill chinese buffet. If you’re into that type of thing, then by all means, pay a visit. They have various low quality sushi rolls as well as mongolian grill. desserts feature an ice cream bar and lots of fresh fruit.
