Great food and service. Kyandra was excellent. Had the club sandwich and waffle fries.

Walked in and sat at the table hoping a host or hostess would notice my presence. After ten minutes of sitting and watching the bar tender and other wait staff interact with one table of about 6 people and the bar, I became discouraged. So I went up to the bar and asked if I could get some service. The host turned and said«Yes. We are really busy». I aside«Busy enough to BS with the Holiday Inn employees that are here for a conference, but too busy to help a hotel guest?» To which I received a very blank look. I walked out and as I was leaving to go find food, I saw the hotel manager and addressed it with him; but he did absolutely nothing but say you shouldn’t have to wait. At this point I was hungry, tired and too discouraged to stick around so I went elsewhere. I stay at this Holiday Inn regularly and eat at the restaurant regularly as well; or should I say, «used to».

Got in late and wandered down to find dinner. Ladies at the bar had been there awhile and were quite loud but found a corner and the waiter was right there. He got my drink order promptly and the menu as well. Ordered chicken Caesar with chipotle ranch instead of the usual dressing. The waiter double checked to be sure he understood what I wanted and five minutes later the chef came out himself to be clear about my order. Then when the salad arrived, the chicken was grilled to absolute perfection! And the dressing was lightly tossed just like I asked. It was a real treat. The waiter and chef are to be complimented on their attentive service and great food.

Not bad food for a hotel restaurant! Good breakfast buffet, quality dinner entrées, good happy hour

Food is good. Great drink specials. Phenomenal service. I came in after they were closed for lunch, but they still provided service with a smile. I feel that they went above and beyond, not only for me but the other patrons as well.

Only three stars because I have eaten here before and it was better. Tonight though, service was bland. The website advertises that they do Happy Hour every day from 4 – 7 which another patron asked about and was told that it was only Mon — Fri. As for my food… Ordered the chicken sliders. Chicken was waaay overdone(crispy to the point the edges were crusty and black). The grilled onions, which were almost non-existent were blackened as well. When I first arrived(about 5:45 pm), they wed vacuuming just outside the entrance and was so loud you couldn’t hear the game on tv(this is Dallas, it was the Cowboys — and most people in that area of the bar are probably trying to watch the game). The server was nice, but not very attentive. When you ask someone how the food was, it’s generally better not to be turning away before you wait for the answer — well, maybe when the food was as bad as tonight…

For a hotel restaurant it’s pretty good. I’m a big fan of their dinner menu, but not impressed with breakfast. For breakfast I ordered the fresh fruit. There was nothing fresh about it. It was obviously frozen fruit and it only came with cantaloupe, melon, pineapple. Dinner on the other hand is a very different picture. Prices aren’t too bad and the portions are large. I got a Cobb salad and it came with generous portions of ham, turkey, and bacon. For the most part service was good, but when we were done we had to have someone go find our waiter so we could get our check.

Although I am here often for office parties, their free appetizer days the moan to bring you. Their service is poor and slow. Karaōke is always late. The manager is argumentative back at you if you have any complaints. Bartender can’t keep up and they have a poor selection of draft beers.

Came here for Friday Latin Night! I have been here about 3 times already and I love it! I must say this is the place to be on a Friday night for Fort Worth salseros. The dance floor is amazing and the music is great! Plenty of good dancers to dance with! $ 5 cover all night This place is about a 20 min drive from my house but hey it is better than driving an hour to Dallas for some great dancing. I am just glad I finally found an awesome place to dance salsa in Fort Worth! :)

This place was amazing! The décor was very nice. I went on Saturday night it was rewind night. It was a grown folks crowd. Very classy. I had 3 appetizers and they were all very good and not excessively priced. The drinks were good not watered down. The music was great! It didn’t have a club feel but a house party feel. This is one of the spots I’ll be going to routinely.

We came back for Karaōke and BOGO entrée Thursdays. People were rockin’ it on karaōke to the point that there was no way I was going up there! They were good– everyone was singing like old Motown songs and KILLINGIT. It was entertaining. There was also a birthday party going on and they gave us some of their cake! And the BOGO entrees are a great deal, although the eggplant rollatinis weren’t quite hot all that way through and could have mabye had one less rollatini and a side veggie or pasta. It was a pretty fun time and I got to Wobble which is always a plus!

Pros: Lunch menu is quite inexpensive. Wednesday burger extravaganza is impressive. Service was prompt and worthy of 20+% tip. Interior is decorated nicely, with several small tables and some larger booths that have not one, but two smaller televisions on each end of the booth. Cons: It’s in a hotel, which for some may be a con. For this foodie, it did not matter. As such, however, dinner menu can get a little pricey if you are not careful. Happy hour only from 4 to 7, again not a huge problem for me. Food Review: First visit to this in-hotel restaurant. First impression was very spot on, nicely decorated. They have a lunch special every day that’s $ 5.99 and the rest of their lunch menu is $ 6.99 every day. Today being a Wednesday, the special was their«Burger Extravaganza.» This meant a ½ pound burger(grilled) cooked to order. I order up a medium burger with pepper jack cheese. They tout a 25 item topping bar and this was spot on. Every sort of veggie you could want on a burger, including red and green bell peppers were available, as well as two additional shredded cheeses and fresh bacon bits. Two types of mustard, mayo and a third type of unknown sauce were in the bar. I will definitely have a taste of said sauce during my next visit. On to the burger. As I mentioned, it was grilled and kudos to the kitchen staff on this. It came out a perfect medium, with a hot pink center. Did not appear to be seasoned which is fine for me, as the taste of meat actually came out, despite me adding pickles, onions, both mustards and bacon to the burger. Looked to be a wheat bun for those of you looking for a healthier option. Included in the price of the burger is one of their sides, which included waffle fries, sweet potato fries or fruit cup. I stuck with the waffle fries today, and was not disappointed. A crisp but not overly done fry, slightly salted, complemented the burger nicely. I did not sample deserts today as a half pound burger is a lot to digest at lunch time. I will definitely be back to try out happy hour and some of their dinner offerings soon. Service Review: Granted, my visit was early during the lunch hour, but, given that, service was quite good. My lunch was brought to me in a very prompt fashion and refills were handled nicely. Not spectacular service, but certainly above average service. We’ll see how this goes when they are busier. Overall Thoughts: Having given up on the other sit down restaurants in the Centerport area(Buffalo Cantina, this means you) and not really wanting to drive far from my office on Trinity, One Bistro has certainly given me a nice place to go have a good lunch on the quick. The happy hour also looks promising, and the place turns into a club several nights a week, with some complimentary food options thrown in the mix. Overall, don’t let the fact that it’s a hotel restaurant fool you, this is a good place to eat. Cost: $($ 6-$ 8 entrees at lunch) — $$($ 10-$ 30 dinner entrees)
