The Salsa at this location is the worse of all the locations. It’s watered down translation, stretched for Volume. I wouldn’t recommend ever ordering a Salad unless you don’t mind being served an insect or 2. I always sit in the bar locations to ensure I get the Happy Hour Pricing however, there is a sacrifice for good service because the wait tends to be a bit ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location as I haven’t given up on Chili’s because of the rewards program.

I dreaded the time being here. The wait was very long and the costumer service was slow and inattentive. They had one waiter ran the place and he was forgetting a lot of things. This took out a lot of fun for me.

Well, happy hour prices at all the tables. Order your happy hour drink only to find out the prices are only good in the bar. The waitress tells us we can go to the bar and pick up our own drinks for the happy hour price. Really? Nice play munchers.

For someone who doesn’t like Chili’s, I always end up at a location somehow some way. Most recently I took my mom out for a pre Mother’s Day lunch and she chose Chili’s. What? Well, mama gets what she wants so I picked her up and we ended up at this Chili’s. The staff is always friendly at this location and self seating at the bar does not mean that you will be largely ignored. These servers know that their jobs are in the service industry and that they thrive off of tips, which is evident by the service consistently delivered at this location. The food is mediocre(the main reason I don’t particularly care for Chili’s) but I recently discovered the prime rib bowl, which is like a bowl from Chipotle. It was really delicious and I temporarily forgot that I was at Chili’s. The managers at this location are always visible and ensuring that everyone is satisfied with their experience. If every Chili’s location were like this particular location, then I might become a fan.

I haven’t always been impressed with my most common meal, the SW Egg Rolls, but today I had their Half-Rack Rib special($ 10.99) and was happy with it. I was impressed with the server. The missing star came from cleanliness. I say at the bar and it was a bit sticky.

If you’ve been to one chili’s you’ve been to them all including the ones at the airport! Had usual chips and salsa. I believe a college kid could survive on the bottomless bowl. Furst batch of chips were gross and greasy. Second batch were over cooked but not greasy. Get it right Chili’s! Y’all probably make these hundreds of times a day. Jeez. Be consistent. Came here to meet my friend for a drink. I ordered a mango patron margarita which was served in a cute little patron shaker. I coveted the shaker the entire time. The drink was sweet and they use some real mango purée. I’d be shocked it it wasn’t. Ordered some chicken crispers but they were more batter than chicken. Thankfully my fiancé finished them. We’ll he did order them. They were gross and greasy. The service was slow and inattentive. That’s the usual that we get. No matter what chili’s we go to its the same bad service. We go back because our friend likes it there. Would I return? Yes but not by my choice.

It took 45 minutes for cheese fries. The server in the bar area was covered up. I felt bad for her. The Jäger Bombs were room temperature. I have tried this place several times and service has ALWAYS been slow. This place is a joke and it’s sad.

The food wasn’t too bad, we ordered several items off their lunch menu. The only issue is we sat in the bar and the bartender was the only server. She had 7 tables, way too many and still have to work the bar. The only complaint I heard from the guys was the slow service so I am gonna say food was not bad.

Food is so much better here than it use to be, service was decent. It was busy when we went on a Sunday and the wait staff was still friendly and food got out quickly.

The Manager Reginald Dorsey was so rude when my sister complained about waiting 10 min for service. He raised his voice so loud I could hear him from our table. I also found out that when she asked for his card he slapped it in her hand. Absolutely horrible experience!!!

This is the worst chili’s I’ve ever been to. The wait time was terrible, and our food was all wrong. We sent the steak back three times because it was under cooked. Gave up after the third time because there was no hope. The vegetables were cold and potatoes luke warm at that point. The waitress was nice though so that was a positive.

Went to Chili’s on Wednesday this week around 6:45 pm. We were told we would have to wait despite the restaurant being half empty. They said all that area was closed. We went somewhere else. Called the on duty manager and he didn’t care. This is not the first time. We won’t be back.

Gone are the chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken. Why does every restaurant seem to want to incorporate cilantro, chipotle mayo and southwestern corn with every entrée? Get back to the basics! Just like their competitor Applebee’s down the road, Chili’s changed their menu and tried to be all trendy. They can’t even make a decent old-timer hamburger anymore — one of their signature entrées. The french fries were soggy, lukewarm and tasted of old oil. Their signature chili is tasty but is very watery and almost devoid of any meat. The four dollar portion they call a bowl is skimpy. Stick to Five Guys, Kincaid’s or Red Robin for a good burger in this area.

Service was good, food was good. They don’t use ZINGZANG to make their Bloody Mary’s. they lose a star based on that. Anyone who has ever ran a bar knows zing ZANG is a must.

I was down right offended by this location. Yesterday, June 5th, was my sisters graduation. So she chose to come to this restaurant a few days prior so we all knew where to meet after the event. I called Chilli’s ahead of time just giving them a heads up that a party of 20 will be showing up. The manager was rude and I quote, «…we’ll see if we can accommodate…» We show up, and the hostess’ are just as rude, I approach them and tell them that we’ll be expecting 20 to come out to eat. She said, «We could only do parties of up to 12…» Ok? So break us up into to 2 sections… Then a different hostess comes up to me and says, «our max is parties of 10.» That still didn’t tell me if they were going to let us sit, wait or what. So I asked for a manager. No manager came. I waited 5 mins. And nothing. Now we had to decide on another place to take our business. This was the worst, we were hungry and ready to celebrate. Big disappointment on the front door staff and the management team. I’ve eaten at Chilli’s in the past and that’s why we agreed to come here in the first place. Any restaurant who lacks great customer service, will not be seeing me nor my family patron their establishment, no matter how good the food may be. Big parties, stay away!

Worst service ever we got there before two parties came in and our food was cold. We waited over a hour for cold food then the mgr came to apologize n said is there anything else he can get me that wouldn’t take so long… I never knew frying some hot wings took that long…(becuz it doesn’t) I didn’t want anything. The waiter ignored my uncle when he was calling him to see how much longer with our food. The waiter came back with our food n my uncle chewed him out for that. The mgr said he would handle that. We received our bill n paid then the mgr comes to say oh I was going to pay for everything but let me give u some coupons. Once again we are waiting n waiting as we are getting up to leave he walks by n said o shit I forgot to give them their coupons. So my uncle says let’s wait then the mgr sends one of his employees to bring the coupons. Then I went off n told her to tell him to have some BALLS next time n bring them his self since he fucked up don’t send nobody else for your mess up your the mgr… REALLY!

I heart Chili’s. The best deal, hands down, is the two for $ 35 meal. You get two margaritas(extra $.50 for frozen), an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert. There are a fair amount of choices for the app, entrée, and dessert courses. We have tried a few different things on the menu, but our favs that bring us back time and again are the Margarita Grilled Chicken, Bacon Cheeseburger, and Molten Chocolate Cake(which you can take to go if you get full before you leave!). We highly recommend getting the frozen raspberry and mango margaritas. So good, sweet and tangy – and with the frozens, you get more! The servers here are very friendly and conversational, and the longest we’ve waited to be seated was 20 minutes. The restaurant is also clean and comfy, and conveniently located across from a movie theater if you want to catch a movie!(Kevin Hart, anyone???). :-)
