I have eaten at Fresh Wok before but it has been a long time. I am so disappointed in the quality of food that they gave us. I ordered happy family with fried rice. The fried rice is steamed rice with soy sauce dumped onto it. No flavor or love put into it. My happy family has crab meat that has such a weird texture. The beef is fatty and rubbery. And I have had better egg roll from the frozen section of a grocery store. The entire time we waited for our food to cook the owners son bounced a tennis ball non-stop on the floor, except when it dropped and he had to chase it. I will not be going back.

This used to be my favorite place in town. Seems like it may have changed owners or management. Sad.

I went here because it was near my house and it was horrible!!! I ordered the dinner size broccoli beef. It was nearly 12 bucks for the meal and it was so bad I threw it away .not worth the money or your time disgusting!

We have always loved this place! Their BBQ Lo Mein is very good! The sweet and sour chicken is excellent! I have never tried anything that I didn’t like! Delivery is always quick. Super friendly staff! We will continue to order from them!

There are two fresh woks that I’ve seen and I’ve tried both places and this location is not very good. The fresh wok in the Bedford-Euless area is fresh and delicious, for a great low price. I get Chinese food from this place at least twice a month. The location in Grand Prairie the food is salty and the sauce on the food is really thick like they put too much corn starch in it, I’ll stick to the Bedford location if your wanting some fresh wok.

Went last night and the forgot the lo mein I always order. so we waited another 10 minutes for it just to be wrong when we got home. wasn’t supposed to have vegetables. the sweet n sour chicken I ordered was the amount in thier lunch portion but it was in the evening when I ordered. and like others mentioned. the prices have gone up but portions smaller? Will still go because this is the 1st bad experience but it will be more like once in a blue moon when I absolutely have to have Chinese take out. Disapointed

Do not waste your hard earned money! We had ordered from them a few times and had no issues until our most recent attempt. Placed our usual order online and it was delivered about an hour later. Opened up the food and it was still very hot, but the food that was supposed to be crispy was soggy, like it had been under a heat lamp way too long. The food was disgusting, not seasoned, and inedible, so I called the store. I told the young man who picked up the phone that I was very unhappy with my order and explained why and that I either wanted my money back or credit for another order since we had ordered from them multiple times. He put me on hold and came back and said that the food was good and that basically I was wrong. I said well you are about to lose my business if you don’t do something to keep your customer happy, I could hear him translating to a woman in the background who was screaming. He came back and said that they pay $ 3,000 in rent and can’t give me my refund. I said what about a credit for another order and after more translating he said no because there was nothing wrong with the food. I said fine, you just lost a customer and earned a terrible review!

Not worth the prices for the food. They raised their prices they are more expensive then Pei Wei. For those prices I’ll rather go to Pei Wei for better tasting food. Pei Wei here I come!!!

Beef lo main gigantic portions! And oh so good. Orange beef looked weird in its cooked state, like too much corn starch in the mix, BUT it tasted damn good. So I got over how it looked. We got about six different dishes, beef, shrimp, veggie, noodles. All decent and hitting the spot for that take out craving. Prices low, food hot, service fast.

This is not the first time I have been utterly disappointed by Fresh Wok. I stopped by last night after picking up a few items from the grocery store right beside this«restaurant» to pick up a late meal to take home. Ordered the Hunan Beef. Got home and tried to eat what they gave me. The«beef» was all but inedible. Stringy, fat laden, full of gristle, etc. out of a whole plateful that I served myself, one single bite was edible. The rest required me to spit out the unchewable mess that I was served! Of course, it was after the closing time of this place so I could not call back to complain with any hopes of having an edible meal.

I have tried a number of their dishes, and they were all outstanding. The portions are huge, but their prices are perfect. I have nothing negative to say about. Update: 15 Nov 2014 I placed an order on line with them this evening. Showed up to pick up order. Paid for order. Waited 25 minutes in the restaurant for my order. «What did you order?» I waited another two minutes then left. They screwed up big time. I will not be back.

This has to be some of the worst Chinese I have every eaten. Ordered during lunch and you would expect fresh food for lunch, I think not. The fried rice was not fresh. It was warm, if you want to call it that. It just had a stale texture to it, like it was left over from the night before. I like my food piping hot and fresh. There is something about their egg rolls that doesn’t taste right. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Sorry I didn’t like it. No bueno. Tried Kung pao veggies with tofu, and hunan veggies with tofu. Tofu texture was weird, but seemingly clean, and cut into the odd but now familiar Texas triangles(what’s up with that?). The sauce was thick, like glue, and the food had a really bad aftertaste. I’m devouring a mint as I write this review, to get rid of the bad memories. Nice staff, and piping hot food(pros). The prices were OK for fast food — 2 entrées and an order of egg rolls for $ 19. Sadly, that $ 19 is in the trash, and I’m hungry still. Better luck next time.

We previously ordered delivery for about $ 20 and loved their food. We are at the edge but within their 5 mile radius and they delivered. We tried to order again and were told that we needed to order $ 30 worth of delivery even though their website says the minimum is $ 12. Our delivery was going to be $ 22. Their food is good but they need to change their delivery information because it is misleading. They apparently make random delivery decisions based on distance and order which is wrong. For that reason we are completely unsatisfied with their business practices, which is a shame, because they have good food. While they decided whether or not to deliver to us we were placed on «hold» which encompassed putting the phone down while they had a conversation for 5 minutes before telling us we needed to order more. Their 5 mile/$ 12 delivery is a lie, sadly.

For Grand Prairie this is the best Chinese food. Tip-egg rolls are horrible but no complaints otherwise. We order on Mondays when all the other Chinese take outs r closed.

Didn’t really enjoy this. We ordered from here for the first time tonight and had high hopes based on previous reviews. We were disappointed. The General Tso’s chicken was sans-chicken for the most part — just fried dough in a strangely pink, not very spicy sauce and some sad, limp broccoli. The szechuan chicken was some chicken and vegetables drowned in a brown sauce lacking in flavor. The crab rangoon and egg rolls were standard fare for a take-out place. Prices were lower than expected, but I’d rather pay a couple bucks more for something I’ll enjoy. Sorry Fresh Wok, I don’t think we’ll do this again.

Great food and good prices! Haven’t had a bad experience here and have ate from here at least four times so far. Mostly good for delivery or take-out, not many tables here to dine-in.
