This location has a GIANT lack of communication! You go through the drive through, order what you want, get to the window and come to find out the thing you ordered isn’t quite out of the oven and still needs to be glazed and sprinkled! 13 min later… So much for fast drive through or having your kids on time to school! They could have told me that those were going to be a while and I could have made different selections… But to top it off they acted like I was inconveniencing them!

I don’t really get the hype. Cheap, highly processed, bland food. It’s a chain. It’s all pretty straight forward. Unfortunately, in a place like grand haven, a chain restaurant like this is scene as a event… it’s quite the culinary food desert, except for morning star café, which is the best breakfast place maybe of all time. Bottom line: Tim hortons is filled with bland, unoriginal, sugary, processed, low quality «food» that us middle America types gobble up. Hello type 2 diabetes!

Yum! Who doesn’t love doughnuts? Nice staff, and really love their breakfast sandwiches. They seem to run out of Diet pop often though. I’m not too into their lunch and dinner menus, but breakfast is great!

Love the donuts. Service is a crap shoot. It depends on who’s working. They need a much much bigger donut case. Half the time when we go in around 5 pm. They are already out of the most popular choices.

Drive thru is extremely FAST!!! They usually have my food ready before i can put my money/​change back into my wallet!

to me I thought it wasn’t that good it was kinda like a Canadian dunkin donuts. but we did come at night so there obviously weren’t many options as there would be in the morning and probably would be more fresh. being my first visit though, I was disappointed.
