Skyline Chili

Date of dining was sometime last september
Place was fairly empty even at around lunch time… though now that I remember it was labor day so I’m guessing people thought it would be closed/​spend time with family… very bright and clean.
I went with a 5 way and a chili cheese dog, literally took two minutes for our orders to get to the table from ordering. there was so much cheese wow… the chili cheese dog had a bit of an after taste but overall not bad… and the 5 way well… I didn’t like the spaghetti (textural thing). Very good, really fast and friendly service I think we even scored a free to go dr pepper. Much better than mcdonalds or whatever…
as far as the whole cincinnati chili wars idk… i definitely liked this way more than the goldstar chili i had… though that was at the airport so… who knows? :\

Came here the other day after we picked apples at A&M Orchard. It was pretty busy for lunch and our server got our drinks out quick. Our food was good and brought out quick. It was a typical skyline experience.

Let me start by saying I’m a Gold Star man. And will be until the day I die. There is just something about Skyline that is not as appealing as Gold Star. That said, this particular Skyline is one of only three places to grab a quick bite to eat in Goshen (McD’s and Subway being the other two).
I’ve come here a number of times after officiating a semi-​pro football game at nearby Jim Brown Stadium behind Goshen High School. One of the guys I normally work with is pretty well known by the staff here so we usually get great service. But the food, as is the case in all Skylines that I’ve ever been to is just okay. Chili too runny, food not always hot, and ingredients in the salad don’t appear all that fresh. But, it’s quick and easy and gives you what you need after working a football game for three-​plus-​hours.

Got a cheese coney. The hot dog set in the water way to long and had no flavor was yecky and not hot… Been here a couple of times now and I am not happy with them at all… My friend order a rap and it looked real good and he said it taste great. The Gold Star in Blanchester is so much better…
