Brand new building, great lighting. I had fish and chips. Very flavorful along with the fresh IPA.

Let’s talk about my sebago lunch date for a sec here, mmmmk? One beautiful but chilly Saturday Matt and I were wandering Gorham and he said, «isn’t there a sebago around here» and I said, «indeed!» As I furiously pulled open my app(because google maps… No thanks). And low and behold we were seemingly on top of the place. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t searching for it.(Bigger sign, perhaps?) We jogged in from the cold and were seated immediately in the coolest tiny dining room. This place is a freaking spec! But it felt comfortable! Shock, I tell you. The menu is delightful and I had the best black bean burger ever served to me from a carnivore. The sweet potato fries were crisp! Not soggy! They were the texture of a more solid fry(this is important). I do wish the burger«patty» was a little smaller, and here’s why: it’s really mushy. It was splooshing out all over my hand around the bun and lettuce. Not pretty. I looked like I was making sculptures with the thing. Overall good space, good service, good food. We will totally be going back!

Good food. Good service. Not too many TVs, but still quite a few. Leftovers were put into a paper product container instead of styrofoam. Yay!!! Wish more places would do this.

Loved this little hole in the wall! Lacking in décor but not lacking in beer or flavor! The beers were great! The appetizers were even better! Huge portions and so delicious. My boyfriend and I split the honey sriracha wings and the sweet potato fries with sweet cream dipping sauce. So good! And we didn’t even need to order entrees because we were so full from the appetizers. Reasonably priced and nice outdoor seating. They have a car show on some Monday nights and sold hot dogs and beer outside! Would definitely go back!

I lived in Gorham for a few years and visited Sebago at least once a week. I love this place and highly recommend it. The food is the best in town and even though it is a small town, it has great food. The lobster quesadilla, burgers, steak, etc is all awesome. The beers that have year-round are really flavorful, IPA, Brown, Red, Stout, and the seasonal beers are top-notch. Add to this a friendly staff(Chris the bartender, Brian the manager, the wait staff) and you have a fantastic local hangout.

I love Sebago— and pretty much come here every time I’m in town. Their beers are solid and I especially love their very solid IPA— especially on a warm day sitting outside on their patio! Sebago is spacious and very family friendly, parents! The waitstaff never seem to be phased by «instant ordering» to satiate the kids appetites, and they are always all over it the second you’re seated with crayons and an activity sheet to keep the lil ones occupied while they wait. Everyone can find something they like at Sebagos. Beer aside, the app menu is impressive and the portion sizes are ample! My personal fave is the hummus and tzatziki plate. Yum! I usually get their salads for an entrée, but I’ve also dove into a sandwich or two, which have always been excellent! Great place to hit up any day of the week— either for a drink or a meal. I promise you’ll walk out…(maybe in a straight line… or maybe not!) with a smile on your face!

Burger was meh. Beer was fine, but very been-there-done-that. Should have taken it as a warning when their special was Chipotle Cinnamon Salmon.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times now. Being that there are NO good place to eat in Windham, I found myself, on occasion, making my way to Sebago. Location is a little odd(never new about it for the 1st year I lived in Windham), sits behind Hannaford to the right. I’ve sat inside a few times and this last time, some friends and I dined on the outside patio. Inside, the temperature is a bit chilly. Outside patio is nice and clean. Service has always been great. Really nice waitstaff. Food… Just as good. I recommend the pub pretzels to start. 3, big, delicious, piping hot pretzels with honey IPA mustard. I had a chicken… No. Turkey… Hmmm… One or the other… Pannini. Did I spell that correct? It had bacon, sliced green apple and some kind of sauce on it. It was damn tasty. Every other time I had a burger with bleu cheese. Outstanding. Food has always arrived hot and in a timely manner. I recommend this place. OH! The beer is wonderful too!

While Sebago is far from being one of my favorite spots in the area, it has proven itself time and again to be a reliable standby. This location in particular is a recent favorite — I loved the outdoor patio seating!

We had a group of 8 ladies –on a field trip to a yarn shop. We were seated right away, by a smiling and friendly waitress. Unusual that with such a large party, she was accommodating with individual checks with a great attitude! When we were almost finished she arrived at the table with containers AND bags to take home our leftover food, without us having to ask. Decent food, good amounts. We were very pleased with the outstanding waitress!

Love this place, especially the Gorham location. I’m a picky eater, and it’s rare for me to find more than one thing on the menu I’m excited about. At SBC, I couldn’t decide! Sandwiches wound up being just OK and the sweet potato fries were too thick to get cooked all the way through, but on a second trip I had an excellent flatbread, and my husband couldn’t stop talking about the lobster mac and cheese, which he ordered every time. Terrific beers, too.

Let’s see, where do I begin to explain how much this place sucks. I’ve been to other locations and have had a good experience but this location was awful! We got there and it took probably 10 mins before anyone even came over. It took another 7 – 8 mins for our drinks to arrive(which was just water and soda) and it wasn’t busy at all. We were there for a late lunch so it was pretty dead. I ordered the greek falafel salad with no feta cheese. When it arrived the server put it in front of me and said«they just put mozzarella on the edges» — what?!? I ordered it with NOCHEESE and they put cheese on it that doesn’t even come that way to begin with? WTF? So I explain that I’m vegan and I didn’t want cheese at all and refused to take the bowl. She was irritated and took it away. When she returned the dressing had cheese in it! So I asked for balsamic — annoyed again she took it away. I finally get a salad that seems to be close to what I ordered except the falafel was not falafel at all — it was a veggie patty! It was one of the worst salads and experiences I’ve had but that’s not it. We also placed a to-go order when we placed our in dining order. When we asked for the check we asked when the to-go order would be ready and she responds«oh, I didn’t put that in — do you still want it»? At this point, we are all pretty frustrated and say yes, we want it and asked how long it would take. She replied«15 mins or so». Not«I’ll put a rush on it or I’m sorry I forgot». She couldn’t have cared less. We flagged down a manager that also had a ‘I don’t give a sh*t attitude’ and just said«what would you like me to do about it»? Outraged we just asked for our check again. Nothing was taken off, no apologies, nothing. I will NEVER go any of the locations again!

This place has it all to be an excellent brewpub: — Location: The brewpub is housed in an old railroad building next to the grade, which can be seen from the outside patio. We had dinner out on the patio once and another time we ate inside. — Food: Excellent selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees. There is more than just your standard selection of bar food. Remember having wings maybe and the pulled pork sandwich. — Beer: Really good beer and nice beer sampler if you have not had a chance to try any of their beer. Think this will be our regular stop on the way back south to NJ after kayaking off the coast of Maine on the MITA trails.

After driving by this place a few times, and having their various beers over the years, I finally was able to eat dinner here last summer. I do admit that part of the appeal of this place for me was that it was in the old B&M railroad depot, and I was pleased to see that the interior has not bee altered too much. The beers are very good here, and I especially recommend the Saddleback Ale. Thy have a good selection, and there seems to be one for most tastes. The food was also very good, and I highly recommend the smokestack burger. It was huge, and cooked perfectly. They are also very good about allowing side substitutions, which is good if you’re trying to avoid fried food. Or if you want more fried food, the onion rings are really good. The dessert menu was also very tempting, and after caving to the peanut butter pie, I determined it was worth it. Bottom line, if you’re anywhere near Gorham, this is probably the best brewpub you’ll find, and well worth the visit.

Trying to explore the wonder of Gorham, our attention definitely came to Sebago. It is somewhat of a weird location, as it is off the main drag and faces a plant of some sort. Nonetheless, the outdoor patio was exactly what we were looking for, and they had a sampler of beers, which was perfect for the occasion — and cheap! We really liked their lighter and darker beers but found their middle beers — like their ales — not as stellar. We definitely recommend it!
Sebago Brewing Co. is a well established eatery with three locations: the Old Port, South Portland, and here. In Gorham it’s an adorable little spot aptly indicated by Mel H. Upon arrival, I fell in love at first sight, but as the morning drew on, the carefully developed balance between love and hate began to edge toward not love. Even though Sebago made efforts to retain the train station charm making few alterations to the open interior, it was successfully transformed to feel like a casual bar and restaurant, complete with custom tables and booths to fit into irregularly shaped nooks. The beer is smooth and service is always friendly. I’ve always enjoyed the food as well, although today it just met par. For brunch, the $ 3.99 Bloodys are a stupendous steal, but the mimosa fell short(literally, it was short). Some friends got lunch, others stuck true to brunch with the breakdown as follows: 1. Burgers appeared well-cooked and come in a variety of styles. 2. The Arnold Benedict was enormous and served atop a dense bagel with breakfast sausage AND bacon(it was a bit overwhelming imo). 3. The corned beef hash, I’m afraid, was from a can, but since it’s still one of my favorite brunch foods, I can’t complain. 4. The sweet potato fries were crispy, but the sweet sauce was questionably bland. 5. Dave’s haddock sandwich was an awkward size and lacked a solid fry-ness. But his mac & cheese side was VERY thick and cheesy, but possibly too dense for one(could be its own meal…). I add an extra star on service since they let us substitute our sides like crazy, but like I said, the food was par. Not to shabby and I would return for the charm, the beer, and the bloody.
