I love cold stone and I always get their ice cream. But the girl here made my ice cream so sloppy it was dripping all over the counter and all she told me was to «eat it quick» if she made it right it wouldn’t have been spilling out onto the counter. My friend also got an ice team sandwich that wasn’t good either, she almost chipped her tooth because the cookie was over cooked and just way to frozen. Worst experience I’ve ever had at cold stone. I won’t be coming back.

This place is such an inconsistent performer. Some mornings they serve really good donuts, other mornings they taste like cardboard. I am a fan of their Iced Cap drinks but half the time the machine is broken when you go in.
Is it just me or has the Tim Horton’s franchise really gone downhill in the last 5 years? Their soup used to be a real treat and I loved the bread bowls. Nowadays the broccoli and cheese soup tastes worse than Campbells these days.
