I did not know how to put this in the best way possible but I will love to thank you guys you were there at my problem within 10 minutes and you did everything so professional and the most importantly when I was panicking you guys made everything seem fine loss again I really like to say thank you, I will definitely refer you to everyone and make sure when I’m referring I also tell them how awesome you are thank you thank you thank you for being so professional and so quick

Where do I begin? I had a great experience with thorough honest service that was better than I had actually expected or even asked for. I found New Era by searching for plumbers in my area. I called two places before them and both were extremely rude with zero telephone customer service skills. Almost as if they didn’t want my business. I called and talked to James. Very easy to talk to and concise. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate to fix my sewer line which was clogged completely (older burbank home) After reviewing the estimate, which was definitely reasonable, we scheduled a time and everything was done by Friday. The worker was very patient with me even answering some of my annoying questions, he was helpful and taught me how the important underground parts of my house work. I will definitely go with these guys in the near future and will recommend them. Thanks again James and New Era Plumbers.

I wanted to update my review for New Era plumbers on behalf of my brother in law. He was dealing with an unexpected broken water pipe at 11 pm at night. He didn’t know who to call. He asked me for my suggestion and yet again New Era came to the rescue, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. The worker also looked around the area and gave some recommendations that would prevent future problems down the road. Thanks again you guys!

We had a nasty leak in our kitchen they came through opened up a very small hole in the wall where the leak was and fixed it! Bam boom not to mention very affordable and friendly highly recommend to every and anyone.

if you are looking for plumbing services, look no further; these guys are great. My husband and I have a home warranty plan, however the plumbers they had been sending over were unable to solve our problem. A friend recommended the services of New Era Plumbers, and we are glad they did. The guys were fantastic, professional, friendly and stayed until the job was completed (5 hours).
