Del Taco

I havent been to a Del Taco in a while, ans forgot how good their classic tacos are! Fresh, simple, with freshly grated cheese! I added avocado for 30 cents. Only 30 cents! Places like subway charge over a dollar for the same amount! They have some new salads on the menu that sounded great — will try next time. This location was fast and clean — we ate in — and friendly. A nice surprise for fast food.

Brian was the main reason we became regulars here. We still come — we love the food & prices — but Brian really made me feel better about the day being over. He was always so happy and outgoing! The new guy is kind of rude. He does not seem to care much about the customers and rarely gives out paper towels or utensils. I try not to go back unless I see Brian — I believe that’s his name — tall, slim African American man — he should run that place!

Prefer Taco Bell. The meat just seems somewhat flavorless. And, I prefer the sauces at Taco Bell over this at del taco.

Should the drive thru be taking this long?!! But everyone seems to have a hard time NOT being nosey watching this ladies BMW getting towed. ANd this guys attutude at the drive thru… let me get myself back to the hood before the hood comes outta me!

Got a burrito from here. It was satisfying. They added a lot of potato and bacon so I can’t complain. The taste was really good, went great with the Dr. Pepper.

Whoever works the graveyard shift here is just there to earn a paycheck while doing nothing. I wanted a quick bite to eat around 3AM. The two employees inside were sitting down and saw me. I went to the drive-​thru. They said they’re not open and directed me another location.
Absolute worst. I hope the manager or corporate office reads this review. «Open 24÷7» doesn’t mean lounging around as employees and directing customers elsewhere.
Screw this place.

Ur my brick and mortar taco truck, and I don’t have to go to a scary part of the hood to get my monthly fix of genuine Mexican tacos. Could u put the house taco sauce on the tortilla a little bit more deliberately please? Thanks

Drive-​thru experience was good. Had my meal within 5 min after ordering. The bf had the spicy chicken burrito and he said it was good. I liked the fact that they have burgers because im not a taco kind of girl unless its mexican tacos. I had the double cheeseburger (smaller than a jumbo jack) combo. The fries were nasty though. The last time I had fries like that was at the babysitters when I was 8 because she would get the cheap frozen ones. It came out to $ 10ish.

Nope. Food is ok. While you eat they spray chemicals on the empty tables/​seats around you. Help doesn’t speak English.

Tacos del carbon revolutionized Del Taco. These are Del Taco’s take on the old school taco truck tacos BEFORE the whole food truck obsession. You know, the tacos you’d get consisting of two round corn tortillas, heaps of cilantro and onion, and some ineffable type of meat … oh, and with a squeeze of lime. We’re talking those taco trucks back in the 90’s littered throughout LA. I think the whole Health Code thing and giving out grades put a kibosh to many of them. Nice thing about Del Taco compared to the trucks is you know their produce is fresh-«ish» compared to taco truck tacos, or do you?
Keep this on the menu and I’ll keep coming back when I visit SoCal for the holidays. Loser of the basketball bet amongst the siblings has to make the taco run.

Food: Delicious! I usually order the jacked up value BRC burrito. The strawberry lemonade tastes fresh.
Service: Good for the most part. Sometimes the drive through service is just okay.
Other: The interior doesn’t look amazing but it’s okay. The bathroom is outside and it’s small.

It had been ages since I’ve been to any Del Taco.
Very convenient if you are hungry, late hours, and want a drive through.
People, really nice.
Menu options, not bad at all.
Price, super affordable.
So for a fast food place, for it’s own criteria, it is almost like a 4-​star. B
I will go again. Why not.

This always does the trick when you dont know what to eat or have a late night craving. The price is just right, the service is fast, and the food almost always tastes the same.
I’ve never eaten inside the actual restaurant part, but thats because to-​go is my preferred way to go with this.

If you want to see the weirdest people in the neighborhood, come here between 11:30 A.M. to 1 P.M. Trust me, get your food to go!

Worst Del Taco I have ever been to. They always mess up my order. The tortillas overcooked. Dirty and lousy service.

On a craving fix tonight. From Yum Yum Donuts to 7 – 11 for milk to McDonalds for a Hot Fudge Sundae & now Chicken Soft Tacos await…
Open ²⁴⁄₇ … so good for those late night cravings. The night worker already knows us and I always make him laugh!
Indoor seating for those looking to visit during daytime hours!

Food’s decent and prices are okay. I come here on occasion because it’s convenient, they’re open 24hrs.
I’ve only ever use the drive-​thru and the guy at the window is always very friendly and accommodating. Quick and easy.

I went to this Del Taco two days ago, because I was running tight on time before I had to go back to my office to see evening clients, and I needed to get something quick to leave with my mom, and for me. I’ve been trying to avoid fast food for several reasons, but felt justified for the above reasons, and because a recent knee injury makes food preparation difficult and painful.
I ordered the new beer-​battered fish tacos, and a #4 combo, which shows on the drive-​through menu as a double cheese burger. When I got home, the fish tacos were there, but not my burger. And my mom’s coke seemed to be nothing but ice water. $ 13.36 is too much for quality like this. I first called ahead to this location, and had a female employee argue with me, «We don’t sell burgers. Are you SURE you’re calling the right restaurant?» With 20 minutes until I resumed work, I returned to the drive-​through and insisted on getting it right. Other than Erica, the manager, who graciously gave me a voucher for a complimentary meal, the rest of the crew seemed clueless about the recent changes on the menu.
I still have the voucher on my car dashboard, and I might or might not use it. The inconvenience, the stress, and the aggravation of dealing with an uninformed staff are not points in their favor, especially with other things I have to deal with right now.
