Had to repeat my order 4 — 5x, and they still got it wrong. They took more than 10 mins to give us our food which was only two items without any drinks. Never coming here again.

Understaffed. I love my Taco Bell, but judging by the length of the drive thru line constantly snaking into Magnolia, there appears to only be three people working here. Hire more people. Please. My tummy demands it.

There are a lot of complaints about how slow this place is, but I think the problem is just the shitty attitude toward customer service people in Burbank. I see it everywhere I go, and I’m not sure where these douchebags actually come from. Whenever I walk into a Taco Bell and get a snarky look about beef and steak being the same thing(a joke they’ve heard 10 times today already), I just want to reach across the counter, lay a comforting hand on their shoulder and ask… Who hurt you? I’m not him. Just let me in. The food is cheap, it’s relatively fast, and I’m not sure what people were actually expecting out of a Taco Bell anyways. One easy protip is to not wait in your car. Sit down and stick your face in your stupid phone for 10 minutes. Oh wow, food that I didn’t have to cook at all. Amazing. The staff is generally friendly, the food is awesomely cheap, and it’s even edible with the right amount of hot sauce. The design of the building is also really cool if you can appreciate that sort of thing. Though generally when I find my way to a Taco Bell I’m way too high to notice. Would I rather go eat at Del Taco? Yes. But this will serve just fine in a pinch

I don’t know how you screw up Taco Bell, but they managed to. The food took over 10 minutes, meanwhile the staff was busy in the back arguing. The rest of the experience was pretty standard.

I’m giving this place a 3⁄5 because their drive through is always sooooo backed up. It takes FOREVER to get your food. Very frustrating

The slowest TACOBELL in The Vallley. PERIOD. Ordered lunch here a few hours a ago cause I had those«Taco Bell» urges. I ended up leaving drive thru to order my food, ordered inside, ordered quick! And I was waiting with a crowd of people for atleast 20 minutes. These ladies don’t move fast at all. Never! This Taco Bell is the worst for service.

The only good thing is that they finally remodeled this taco bell. Other than that, I have nothing good to say. It is still too small and they never get my order right. One tine they forgot my quesadilla and the time after that I got tacos with just meat and cheese. I, m sure the kid that got my tacos with lettuce wasn’t happy either. I will start going to the other taco bell on Magnolia. They are much better.

I don’t eat junk food often but when I do it has to be Taco Bell. The few times I’ve been here I’ve never had any issues with my order. I’ve only gone through their Drive-Thru and they always ask me to double check my order on the screen. The employees here always have a big smile on their face. They must love taco bell as much as I do. My favorites: Taco Supreme: crunchy taco with tons of beef and sour cream. Burrito Supreme: The tortilla is always so warm and fresh. Nachos Bell Grande: None of the nachos are ever soggy. Cheese quesadilla w/out the sauce: Cheese and tortilla, you can never go wrong. Cinnamon Twist: Crunchy sweet delightfulness. Cinnabon Delights: Who ever came up with this is a GENIOUS. I love Taco Bell.

I know there’s a lot of bad reviews for this place regarding order mix up but they have yet to mess up mine so I’m rating this one high. This place is super close to where I’m staying at and gee… I’ve gone here a lot and it doesn’t count the number of check ins. I mean before I even had a Unilocal account. I have ordered crunchy supreme wrap, Mexican pizza, soft taco, crunchy taco, the box order, quesaritto beef and steak, um a bunch of $ 1 items since I was curious how good they were for that cheap and how filling. So I have ordered a lot of food. just not the drinks cause I’m good with water XD I have never used the drive in since why wait in my car and waste when I can use my two legs to go get the few feet of exercise before chowing down a bunch of calories I didn’t burn. Don’t forget to get your sauces and napkins before you leave with your food!

Burbank’s newly remodeled, space-age Taco Bell is a hit! Previously, it was drive-thru only, but now, come on Unilocalers, get out of your Lambos and enjoy one of the five or six tables inside — bistro style. The inside service is fantastic. I arrived for TB’s happy hour(all drinks, including those slushy ones, are $ 1), and we decided to go tapas-style. It’s Taco Bell, right, so all bets are off, it’s a cheat meal. Just order every single item on the dollar menu and get ready for total satisfaction with no more than the change in your car ashtray. The dollar menu items are a surprisingly good deal(the nachos are awesome) and the quesadilla was as filling as the $ 3 one — absolutely one of the best dollar menus in the fast food world. Plus, there’s less food guilt as the dollar menu items seem ‘teeny’ by comparison to their full-sized brothers and sisters. What are you going to do with all the money you save?

this is definitely the worst service I have received from a Taco Bell establishment. I do not ever plan to drive through this place again. I will avoid this place and discourage coworkers and friends about going here. After going over the order numerous times, which was not the biggest order nor the most difficult, drove up to the window, and sure enough it was not accurate. Just asking for two orders of three items took a repeat of four times. She even repeated the order to me twice but I had a feeling she wasn’t really getting it. Sure enough, I drive up and an order was not complete so I had to have them ring up another order and cause more delay for others that were in line. Again, I will never go through there again and I plan to put a complaint on the service provided.

Remodeled and still the slowest Taco Bell in the valley. You’d think after so many complaints they’d replace the manager or store owner by now.

Just spent 22 minutes in the drive-through waiting to order and get my food! Avoid at all costs if you’re in a rush!

This place is awesome! I’ve been coming here for years. Yea it’s slow sometimes but it’s understandable that people tend to have big orders. It’s a small place but it shouldn’t matter of you’re ordering«to go». The cashiers are very friendly and bubbly. The last time I was there the cashier Jasmin greeted me promptly and made sure I was happy with my order after having received it.

We ordered 2 double decker tacos and 4 regular tacos. Summing up to 6 tacos. we ended up with 4 tacos in total with 2 being the double decker. The lack of interest to even check the order again is upsetting.

It’s Taco Bell. You know what to expect quality wise from them. They excel at making cheap, drunk people food that the occasional sober person can enjoy. The food is the same at every Taco Bell and I’m proud to say that I am a Taco Bell fan. The reason for the low rating is not food-related, it’s because the design of this particular Taco Bell couldn’t be worse if it was redesigned by a blind infant on a five dollar budget. There is one entrance and one exit on opposite sides. There are approximately 3 parking spaces and the drive-thru fits maybe 6 cars in the lot before they have to start lining up on the street. If you park, good luck getting back out because the only way out is to wait in the drive-thru line until you can reach the single car exit. Fast food is a bit of an exaggeration because the service would have been faster if I had killed the cow myself. Also, that would be the first recorded time that real meat was actually used in one of their tacos. I don’t know what they were doing that took so long, but it definitely wasn’t putting gloves on.

Hey, it’s good olé standard, been around my entire life, Taco Bell. They have a few new items on the menu that I wanted to try since I like spicy stuff. I had the volcano taco with fire sauce. It was tasty but not as hot as I expected. I got Doritos tacos for my little guy and he was quite happy with them. I LOVE the frutista freeze drinks! Had the strawberry one. Sometimes, I just like to kick it old school and get the regular crunchy tacos with a whole lot of fire sauce! I always get what a bargain for at Taco Bell.

I’m a big fan of Taco Bell when it comes to fast food and being on a Budget. I do miss the .59 .79 .99 deal they had back in the 80s but hey, Taco Bell is still Awesome when you’re low on funds. …Man, I sound like a cheap skate. HAHAHA!!! I don’t like this location for one reason… It’s hard to enter when driving on North Buena Vista. Had to go around the alley as I cut off by a car on the turning lane, and around the next street through Magnolia just to get back inside the parking lot and on to the drive thru. There no parking spots available and there were about 6 cars ahead of me, but that was no big deal. I did have a bit of a communication trouble with the lady on the drive through speaker and I guess the manager had to take my order. Once picked up, the order was all in tact… and then I was yummy goodness as I enjoyed watching some TV with my girlfriend

We go here all the time because we live in the ‘hood. While it’s Midwestern Mexican, it’s not too bad. Taco Bell is pretty solid. I remember going when I was a kid and it was a shady adobe walk-up stand. Then I remember going in college when they did super price bargains(39 – 79 cents for all menu items) and that was great. In the middle epoch, the place has been pretty reliable as they’ve gone through various marketing phases(chalupa anyone? Mexican pizza? double stuffed taco? the talking chihuahua?) So we go here and they have their new Fresco Menu. Taco Bell’s version of Subway’s Jared is saying she lost serious weight on Taco Bell food. OK, I guess I’ll order from the shiny green menu because it’s allegedly healthier but costs a bit more. But we’re both vegetarians. Wife full-time, me 70% of the time. They have a lot of veggie options! Bean and cheese burritos, potato tacos, etc. This place is fast and they’re fairly nice. One guy looks like he goes to CalTech and is earning some cash to get through. I’ll probably be back in the next few days. I’m sure my waist line will shrink with all the great cheap food I eat.(Insert sarcasm here.)
