Comfort Zone Heating & Air Plus

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. my heat was out on the coldest day of the year. they came back three times even on new years eve to make sure they fixed the job for me. they even had a guy drive parts at night from glendale because they needed something that was not in their truck. lastly the owner called three times to check in on the job and make sure things were going smoothly. i would highly recommend them!

I have a service contract and Comfort Zone was assigned to fix my equipment. They were scheduled between 1 & 4 today. They called and asked if they could come early. They were efficient and polite. They were able to get the heating working in a short time — I’ll need to do some regular maintenance in the future though. These guys saved my vacation as I would not have been able to go if the heat did not work in the house (for the pets ‘ya know).

Communication with the company improved so I’m updating my Review. The Technicians and they office team did great job. I believe one was Aro and the other was Varuzh if I got the names right.

Really disappointed in their customer service! We had issues with this company from the moment we filed a claim with the home warranty Co. They did not communicate with each other or with us. Never called us back like they said they would. We started on 9÷3÷2015 had our inspection 9÷11÷15 and didn’t get service/​repair til almost the END of OCT!!! Once the air was back working, the heater would NOT come on. I called them back and they insisted they did NOT touch the heating system. I called the home warranty Co. who said that Comfort zone heating & air WOULD be calling me within 48 hrs to schedule a time to come back out and see why the heat was not working, to determine if it had anything to do with their service. (it was working before they fixed the air) 5 days go by i didn’t hear from Comfort zone, i called them, they said they did not get a reference # from the Home warranty Co so they didn’t call me! On more than 1 conversation with the company, they assured me they didn’t do anything to the heating system. i told the home warranty company that i did NOT want this company to come back out again! We went into the attic and looked around, GUESS what… The technician had turned the heater off! most likely due to the work he had to do in the small space in the attic. within 45 seconds our heater was back on and running. BUT not because they did a damn thing to help us. On a second note, they wrote up all kinds of things that had nothing to do with our complaint and thus costed us out of pocket over $ 625 that they said would not be covered by ins. and they showed up with NO ladder! definitely would NOT recommend them! i read all the reviews under their «other-​name» on Unilocal and i completely agree with ALL OF THEM.
