I’ve been to this location several times now and every time I’ve gone the customer service has been lacking. You don’t need me to review the products as I’m sure you are familiar. This is solely about service received or observed.

Not feeling the love here. I can’t be the only one who’s experienced the unpleasant vibes from this joint. From the girl who took my order today to the lady who prepared my chai the only civility shown here was by the fellow customers. The tea was good though.

My favorite is the PUMPKINSPICEDLATTE. OMG its like a pumpkin splooged in my mouth… This Starbucks doesn’t have a drive thru! Regular coffee is priced OK, everything else is a little overpriced. the seasonal drinks are best. This store is almost always out of decaf.

BEST Starbucks ever! The staff is super efficient, quick and everyone is so friendly. Not sure what blonde the other reviewers are talking about but the only blonde that works there is my favorite!(Although I love all of the employees)… They make every drink I have ever had perfectly… which I cannot say about all Starbucks locations. I travel a lot for work and have frequented many Starbucks but this is definitely THE best!

I went there just last week to get a pumpkin spice latte. The one making my drink was a lady maybe in her 40’s and her hair was all over her face. She could have at least kept her mane neat by tying it or by using a hairnet.

Agreed with the other reviewer. There is a blonde woman who works here who never smiles, grunts her responses at you, and mumbles so you can’t understand what she’s saying. Okay so two stars for one bad employee? Yes, because for some reason she is ALWAYS at the register when I come in. If there were any other coffee shops in the area I’d choose them instead simply because of this.

Not bad. They’re fast and efficient. They memorize your drinks, and it’s a good place to study. I don’t get the people who feel entitled and sensitive about how they’re greeted when they enter. That’s the main problem with customer service. The entitled customers who get offended so easily over the most trivial things. Take it for what it’s worth, and be realistic of the situation. If someone isn’t extremely perky at wee hours of the morning, so what? Do you not have anything better to do than to fret over how you were greeted at a Starbucks that morning? I guess not.

Not impressed with this location at all. The drinks are fine but I’m disappointed with the morning staff. There is one woman that works there that seems cheerful and very customer service orientated. The rest of the staff are very moody and have no personality. I worked for this company years ago so maybe I have higher expectations. Coffee is coffee to me I go for the friendly customer service, to me that’s what is important. Will not be returning to this starbucks.

Nothing out of the ordinary about this Starbies, compared to others. Nice and friendly staff, located at a convenient location.

I experienced rude employees trying to tell me that I wasn’t there sitting to get my 50cent refill. Very rude blonde that takes the order. Not just her but she tops all :). I used to go there everyday, but stopped a year ago. Avoid this place especially in the morning :)

This a two starbucks location. It should be better and needs to improve ASAP. I’ve had a problem or two here with poor customer service and corporate has been kind enough to help me out. Nowadays I find myself skipping this location and driving to Carol Stream.

This is a small store and it doesn’t have a drive-through, which seems odd since there is room for one. The employees are always polite and TAZO tea is great. Reason I am not rating it a 5 is that service can be slow. Located just east of Bouna Beef.

Good service and friendly baristas. No drive thru at this location though. Seating is adequate. Service has been to order and quick. No complaints.

I have no problem with this location. Its not all that big and theres always people there sitting and hanging out. Employees are usually nice, although I find the guys working there to be more polite than girls. NO drive thru so that’s a bummer because it’s cold :( Coffee is always good ! Yum

I know that Starbucks is Starbucks. Whether you are getting a quad shot extra vanilla soy latte to keep you going through the day, or a blueberry muffin and Blonde Roast coffee as your morning pick-me-up, you pretty much know the drill. Your choice is selected in your head, you wait in the line to get your order to the barista and find yourself glancing at whatever cd they are selling that month. I usually get the same thing from Starbucks during the week: a grande soy vanilla latte with an extra shot. If I’m feeling overly tired or hit the wine too hard the night before, it’s a venti soy vanilla latte with two extra shots. I’d been here a few times before, but on this occasion, my evening before consisted of trying the flambé margaritas at Ritos for the second time, and wanted to prove to myself that I was ambidextrous, able to drink out of one from each hand. I succeeded that night, but was failing to stay coherent this morning. I asked for my usual drink, and as I waited, I heard Tony Bennett, some Kenny G wanna be and maybe even some Mike Bolton…(since that SNL skit with the Lonely Island, he’s Mike to me). The location was small, but efficient. However, my drink wasn’t. First, I don’t drink milk. Not for fear of PETA, but just because I hate the taste. So when I got my latte which I’d asked to be soy, and paid the extra change for, and tasted cow’s milk… I asked if it was soy. Was told it was. So, I had to ask again and argue with the staff that the drink was in fact milk of cow, not milk of bean. Time and time again, people get on here and say that the person is overreacting or freaking out over tiny things, and with that being an issue, I am always considerate and respectful. I come from the school of thinking, if you disrespect the person making your food, don’t be shocked if you’re getting a serving of saliva or worse along with it. I was on a bit of a schedule, so it finally went to the head barista who instead of taking the drink and remaking it, snatched it out of my hand and tasted it. When he did so, he turned to the girl who had been fussing at me and seemed to tell her in a rude manner that she was wrong, I was right and if she didn’t know the difference, she should go back to training. Trying to diffuse his yelling at her in front of a line of oeople, I got a glare and the comment of «lady, do you want the soy drink or not?» I watched in silence as he made the drink, making sure there was no saliva, and then took it, and left. I won’t be back.

To the blonde cashier working this morning: Grunting«Hey,» with a blank stare when I step up to the counter isn’t really the best way to greet customers. My smile disappeared when I was surprised by your lack of caring or enthusiasm. I tried to smile again but then I couldn’t get past how fast you were talking and my inability to understand you. Step it up a bit. At least pretend you’re happy to be there. You’re the reason I’m automatically deducting two stars. Bummer, huh? As for the rest of the place, y’all were fine. The service was quick, my drink was good, I kind of like the way the interior is laid out and decorated, and I have no issue with the lack of a drive-through. The location is odd for me, though, so I probably won’t swing by here again.

Wow. A friend and I were just there and the cashier was the most unfriendly barista I have ever encountered. She was staring at me and kept rolling her eyes and making off-hand remarks to her coworker about how«she is so frustrated today» all while I was trying to pull a coupon up on my phone. She was not so subtle in her dislike of her customers and her job. I would avoid this Starbucks at all costs. You can probably get better service at the McDonald’s across the street.

The young Filipino barista guy is super friendly and polite. Others? Not usually. I find it a bit annoying that they don’t seem to ever have the Blond roast after, oh, breakfast, but I find that with a lot of ‘Bux. Also a bit disappointing to find out that they were ALLOUT of Sugar in the Raw the other day. At least the drinks come out quickly and the bathrooms are usually clean.

Nice location but it does not have a drive through and it is located near the end of a shopping area. The chai teas are consistently prepared well but it is in a less than ideal location.

I like to call this the«Ghost Town Starbucks» because it is surrounded by vast expanses of parking that used to belong to an abandoned supermarket and an abandoned video store. The lack of traffic does make it easy to get in and out though. Would be great if they took advantage of the abundant free space and added a drive-thru. Usually they aren’t too busy, but they seem to be frequently understaffed. If you happen to get stuck behind kids ordering a bunch of Frappuncinos, be prepared for a slightly painful wait.
