I used to be a Wendy’s fan however the portion sizes are shrinking while the prices are going up and up. Service was good but our food was pretty much a let down. Had to buy extra food eventhough our kids ordered what ‘looked’ like their large burgers.

The guy at the back was taking cash payments than going back to prepping lettuce with the same plastic gloves on. kinda gross. Management needs to teach proper sanitation or keep job classifications separate.

Been here several times, both drive through and sit down. It is totally a crap shoot. Some days they will have your order ready relatively quickly and with 100% accuracy. Other times, you’re more likely to be struck by lightning… ten times… all at once… than have your food to you in a reasonable amount of time exactly as you ordered it.
I can remember one time in particular when I ordered a chili and the person working the order window said they didn’t have any chili and made it sound like it was an unusual request. This was around lunch time on a Saturday.

I wish I got that cashier because she couldn’t get my order right. I was using a Wendy’s coupon and she only gave me one discount even though the coupon stated the limit was 2 and I bought 2. Brought the manager over, they both told me the coupon says 1 and I’m like okay, please just read the coupon. It takes them like 5 minutes to have this discussion with me, meanwhile the manager looks annoyed that he has to refund me after he finally reads the thing.
Um, how hard was it to just give me $ 2 back? Plus, the customer is always right. This is why Wendy’s is not my choice for fast food. Taco Bell is awesome on customer service.

I know right a five star for a fast food restaurant but hell they are well worth it. I went there for a late dinner with my girlfriend & as soon as we got in there the cashier Ms.******** was so friendly had the biggest smile on here face really made you feel right at home. She took are order & even gave us a large fries instead of a small that came with are meal. She even gave us two small Frosty’s on the house. It was truly the best experience at Wendy’s I have ever had.
