Matt’s Tire and Auto Service

Too bad there’s not an option for ZERO stars!!! I went to this place about a week or so ago looking to purchase used tires. I arrived around 6 in the evening. There was a worker there who was super friendly and very helpful! There was another (administrative?) person there who was also very friendly and helpful… but since they did not have the size that I needed, the lady offered to have the tires picked up from the Annapolis Store and delivered to the Glen Burnie location for me by the next evening! Perfect, I thought! So the very next day, around lunchtime, I called to make sure that we were still on schedule to have the tires delivered, etc. I was assured «yes»!! As a matter of fact, a gentleman called me BACK to inform me that he had spoken to «Matt» and confirmed the arrival of the tires… Fast forward to the evening. I arrive at that location and it was CLOSED. Yep, CLOSED (although I ASSURED them that I would be there!!) After waiting about 40 minutes, (because maybe there was an emergency??) I left. But not before leaving SEVERAL messages re: the fact that I was there, had been waiting, and would like a return call re: another appointment. Several weeks later, and I STILL have not heard back from anyone at this store!!! Needless to say that I found another store with AWESOME service, friendly people and GREAT prices!!! So maybe it wasn’t meant to be? Not quite sure how «Matt’s Tire and Auto Service» has stayed in business…

If you’re buying tires it’s ok and tires repair
