I’ve only had good experiences at this place. The first time I came here was about 4 years ago when i was in High School. I grew out of my suits and I needed a new one. I immediately remembered this store from a while ago because the owner was really helpful. The man that owns the store is an attentive guy, you just have to tell him what you want and what you are looking for and he will set you up. Unlike most clothes retailers, he has a sharp eye for what suits you(pun intended). This store has awesome deals(I walked out of the store with 2 suits, shirts, shoes, and extra ties and socks for 300 $) and the suits are of very high quality. When you go into the store, don’t be fickle and ask for what you want in mind.

Awesome people work there. Bought a few suits and the prices were inexpensive compared to other retailer like Jos A Bank or the Men’s warehouse. I have not gotten a chance to wear the suits since they are not altered yet but this is a place to review the store and the people that work there.

This is for the Gilroy store: I just bought 2 suits and a sports jacket from here about $ 450. I would have bought another suit but they did not have the color in my size. It was a relatively good experience. I started out asking the guy who looked like the manager, simply because of how he carried himself, for help. He seemed a little disconnected hence the missing star. I looked out the changing room to get a different sized pant but he was at the front desk sipping on his coffee. I quickly gave up on him and looked at a different associate for help. Here’s a tip: When you’re selling suits, it would seem a little more professional if the dress shirt and dress pants were followed by dress shoes rather than sneakers. Rosemary, was really helpful. I made sure I got her name before I left. She was super attentive and always on top of things when suggesting alternative styles and very knowledgeable of the differences in the way each suite fitted. For example, she knew the Italian suits would be a longer coat and and the sizes of specific brands were tighter or more comfortable. She alone earned the stars here. There one other associate there who also seemed very helpful, both associates(other than the manager) seemed to be dressed very professionally and the first to try and help the clients.

We’ve been here twice to take advantage of their AWESOME suit deal. $ 200 for 2 Suits, 2 Dress Shirts, 2 Ties, 2 Hankies, 2 Belts, and 2 Pairs of Socks. The suits included in the deal are 100% Polyester, and there are certain suits that you can choose from. But the suits included are not bad at all, especially for the price. The bf ended up getting a black suit and a navy blue suit. The jacket fit him perfectly, and the pants worked too. Keep in mind, the pants are unfinished, meaning that you will need to get them hemmed once you find a size that fits you. But, this is not a problem at all if you have a good tailor. All the other items included, the dress shirts, ties, hankies, belts, and socks were great too. Everything included is a great deal! It’s been a month since he’s had the suits and they’ve been great! He constantly gets complimented on them. We will be back for this place for any future purchases.

I hated this place. The salesman gave me and my parents cold stares the whole time and did not smile. I’ve been all over Italy and don’t tell me this is how Italians treat customers if he’s Italian at all. When we grabbed a cheaper suit to try on he said don’t try that on it won’t fit when its the same size as the other more expensive ones. Forget this place. Cuff links look cheap and fake. Ties and suits are ok but the worst is the service !

I took my son here to buy shirts and we walked out with shirts, ties and a smile. Great prices and great selection. I’m going back to stack up on slacks.
