This hotel was perfect for my needs. I work on wind farms and move around a lot. I look for a low weekly rate, which Budget Host provides ($ 150 for one person $ 200 for two). I look for a fridge so I can eat as though I were at home – it’s tiny, but it’s there. I look for convenience – 25 minutes drive from Settler’s Trail wind farm (if you beat the train). The rooms were old but clean. The owners are very kind. Proximity to Champaign – 50 minutes (if you need some culture). This place is not fancy but there were no bugs. Some of the locks were hard to close or open. The shower is nice and powerful, and hot. Mattresses were new but on the cheap side. Hope that helps all involved.
