Seating after 4pm, lunch menu and order at register until then. The menu is quite extensive and fusion is correct, with Asian cuisines of several varieties. Vietnamese spring rolls were big and delicious, and the house salad was fresh, big and quite nice. The balance of the food was unfortunately average, needed more spice and service was average as well. Not sure I will be back soon.

The Chinese ramen style noodles were not ramen. That should warn you this place is not authentic but hey, it is in Germantown. Eating here is limited if you come from California. They do offer more than noodles. We also had the Vietnamese noodles that again was not authentic, but more edible.

Went there tonight for the first time. I tried the drunken noodles with chicken and it was great. Definitely going to go back and try more.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. My wife and I went for dinner. It wasn’t very busy. While there, there may have been a total of 5 tables. The environment I would give a C grade. It was a little dark, and the floors looked dirty. I know they probably weren’t but their color gave a dirty appearance. We started with the spring rolls as a starter. The spring rolls sauce was really good. The spring rolls themselves seemed to be from Cisco, and you could tell they weren’t fresh handmade. They weren’t bad though. For our main course my wife got the pad thai and requested it spicy. It was a huge portion, and had a good spiciness to it. I ordered the General Tso chicken with white rice. The portion was good(not as much as the pad thai dish), but the chicken was really good compared to other General Tso chicken I have eaten at other restaurants. The chicken was hearty and very good rather than fatty. The sauce was good, but like my wife I ordered it hot(spicy) and I was disappointed in their depiction of «hot». It tasted like mild to me. Our server was very nice too. Good service. Good place to try. We will be back. Overall grade is a B.

Now I’m not one to write reviews but I felt this was necessary to make a Unilocal account for. The manager was absolutely horrible to me. I was there on a night they closed at 10, it’s was 9:15 when I ordered. She had my server tell me not to order anything else which I found appalling. The food was good but what was terrible was that I found a hair in my rice.

Excellent food. Eaten here a couple of times. The wait after you have ordered was lengthy both times for dinner. Would be 5 stars if they can improve the wait time.

This is still my favorite Asian restaurant. Both locations are excellent. I won’t eat tofu from any other place. Their veggies taste so fresh. All of the dishes I’ve had are delicious but my favorite is always Hong Kong Chow Fun because the flat rice noodles are so good! You have to try their bubble tea and they will even make it dairy free if you ask.

Ordered take out from Noodle Bistro in Germantown today for the first time. The pad thai(ordered mild) was still a little spicy for me but it was very good. They have excellent egg and spring rolls. The crab wonton was a little greasy but had chunks of crab in it unlike most crab wonton in the area, which was a bonus. The take out order was complete and in good shape; came with all the utensils I needed and prepared within 20 minutes. The service was great and the women who took my order was on point. I am excited about all of their vegetarian dishes and alternatives and will be back to dine in and take out again from this establishment.

Good food, nice atmosphere. Don’t expect to be in and out in a hurry, definitely the kind of place to kick back and relax. I’ll definitely be back.

My friend and I went for dinner last night, and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is in a strip mall, but it’s super classy inside, with nice décor and a very clean dining room. The menu is large, but not overwhelming. Our server was nice, attentive, and quick. My friend ordered a noodle dish and loved it. I got the daily special — this is the way to go I think! On Thursdays it’s Honey Seared chicken and something else. The chicken comes with fried rice(really good fried rice too), a huge portion of both chicken and rice, a spring roll(one of the best I’ve had in Memphis), and a salad. My only complaint about any of the food is that the salad was meh — too much dressing, huge pieces of lettuce, and no way to cut it since you’re only given a fork and spoon. It was fine, just not great. The chicken was cooked perfectly, with not too much sauce or breading. It’s not the most«authentic» food ever, but it was good! My entire meal was $ 8 because it was on special, but the prices are pretty reasonable for everything. Our server was great, and kept our waters refilled and checked on us at appropriate times. She let us sit and talk for awhile and didn’t bother us, the sign of a good server! I’ll definitely be back!

Yummy and inexpensive. Staff is friendly. Food is hot, fresh and quick. We particularly like the hong kong chow fun with vegetables and tofu. The Shang hai spring rolls and Japanese miso soup are also favorites of ours. Very very good food!

Decent Asian fare. I’m totally addicted to the Bubble Tea. As for the main courses, it’s all about the noodles. their portions are generous, and the ambiance is relaxing. For a non buffet experience, this place is worth a try.

Yesterday was my second time at Noodles. Needless to say, it had it’s ups and downs, but overall, I would say it’s ok. Here’s the scoop: If you go there for lunch, they bring you your food. They have great lunch and daily specials, and the portions are what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant… enough to either stuff yourself or come home with leftovers. I’ve done both. But the service… oh the service. For lunch, you can get in/out of there fast. Perfect if you work in the area. For dinner, please don’t go here if you’re in a rush. The wait staff is not exactly training for the«fastest server» contest. The food is decent. My edamame was for sure overdone, so they didn’t score any points there. However, I asked for my entire meal to be steamed(I ordered Szechuan chicken, sauce on the side, steamed, sub mushrooms for broccoli). They got every aspect of my complicated, healthy order right! And it was good… no complaints and everything was cooked perfectly. My recommendation. Perfect place to take your parents if they don’t like super busy, loud places and decent food. Excellent for lunch if you want more than a salad/sandwich, but want to get back to the office in 45min.

My family and I ate there on a whim and all loved it. I get my hair done in the same plaza and saw the place. looked their menu up on line and decided to go for dinner. Great food. generous helpings(had to get a take-home box), nice serving people. I had Mongolian Beef, hubby had Pepper Steak, son had Teriyaki Chicken and daughter had Japanese Noodles with Chicken. Much better than PF Changs who tends to overcook everything. We decided right there while eating that we would come back.

I have tried this place a few times and the food is good. It is certainly not a place I would usually go. I only go when friends suggest this place. The restuarant is clean and the staff is friendly.

I met a friend for lunch. I was in the mood for some non fried spring rolls, but they did not offer a vegetarian version. I opted for the miso soup which I have never tried. It was likely good for miso soup, but I don’t think I’m a fan of miso in general. I munched on the crispy strips that accompanied the soup. My friend looking chicken salad. Overall, nice service and a clean, inviting place

It’s really a conundrum to understand what Memphians appreciate when it comes to taste and flavor. They can’t get enough«Tennessee-Mex» while complaining about authentic Latin food. They’ll rave about franchise, big box«Asian-inspired» casual settings and look down their noses at bona fide Asia-Pacific cuisine. They make one trip Cali and they think they’ve been to the Far East. Noodles Asian Bistro has two locations in the Memphis area. Bartlett and Germantown. Fresh ingredients and a potpourri of Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese. A very delightful blend of Asia’s finest. A must-try is the assorted selection of Bubble Tea Smoothies. One sip and you’ll downright neglect your daily allowance of kcals. The atmosphere is inviting, clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. So «y’all» give your taste buds a break from those monotone Mid-South«let’s add some pulled pork» menus and give real food a try.

One of the worst places for Asian noodles in town. I had their pad thai. Too sweet. I had their Korean spicy noodles. Also too sweet. Will not be getting either of those. Then I had their Chinese noodle soup. It’s so horrible that I don’t even understand how anyone can mess this up. Seriously. Just plain noodles with hot water adding a few drops of sesame oil would taste better. Bubble tea is also horrible. Service is nearly non-existent both times I went there. I will not be coming back.
