Left several messages for them regarding getting an estimate and never received a call back. Bad customer service! I guess they don’t want new business!

Great job! Love these guys! I had them come look at my roof that is 9 years old.
They told me that my roof was find and didnt need any work.
They could have easily got me to replace it to pad their pocketbooks.

I called Hall’s to get an estimate for a minor roof repair. They were one of four companies I called and the only one that returned my call. They gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and had someone at the house the next morning. The roofer was efficient fixing the issue and took the time to explain all that he did. Excellent and professional service from the office staff to the roofer… Highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and support a locally owned family business!

Recently used Hall’s for a roofing issue on one of my rental homes. Got a couple of bids for the leak and Hall’s recommended the shingles needn’t be completely replaced whereas a couple of other roofers gave high quotes to replace the entire section of shingles. Hall’s said that in the event their fix did not work they would credit the cost towards a bigger replacement which was reassuring.
Overall they did a great job. I saved myself $$$ and the roof held up through a lot of rain and storms that followed! Very happy! They also made it out the property in a timely manner so my renters were pleased it was fixed quickly
I will definitely work with them again for any future issues with my rentals and my home too without hesitation! Thank you Hall’s!
