As far as Barton Roofing company goes, they are excellent when it comes down to responding to customers and showing up on time to do the work. They also know what they’re doing and are very skilled. But to be 100% honest in today’s economy they don’t have the best prices in town. Maybe compared to other roofing companies that advertise on the yellow pages their prices are competitive, however they can come nowhere near the prices of roofers that advertise on craigslist. I hired Barton to work on two of my homes. On one of my homes, two spots on the roof have to be repaired from raccoon damage. Barton quoted me a price of $ 650. The next day I received another bid from someone on craigslist of $ 250. So of course I hired that person who ended up doing a great job that Barton even confirmed. I still gave Barton the other job of fixing three leaks on my house. That price $ 350
So to sum things up, if money is not an issue then I would definitely go with barking roofing because of their skill level and experience. If money is an issue it would be smart for you to get two or three bids from craigslist.
