This guy came out when my home warranty company assigned our claim to him. He showed up, claimed to test the system, and then proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong and I just needed more insulation in the attic.
This is of course after our AC stopped cooling our house to 70 degrees and wouldn’t cool it below 76…
So we called another service guy, paid a separate fee, and what do you know… our freon was 2lbs low.
That guy topped us off… and boom, the AC is throwing ice cubes again. And our new service guy is checking back on Monday to make sure it’s not just low, but also to check for leaks and a bad compressor.
Never use these guys.

Fred was sent out by my home warranty company to provide a second opinion on an issue with my microwave. The first fellow who had come to my house to provide a diagnosis of my microwave stated the microwave was no longer functioning b/​c there was a small place on the interior where the interior paint was worn. I was suspicious and felt his diagnosis was incorrect. Fred verified my concerns were valid and was able to find a fuse which had been blown. As a result of Fred’s time and knowledge, I was able to get an honest diagnosis for my warranty company and will most likely have my microwave replaced which saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you, Fred!
