The only good thing I can say is the location was perfect– right in the middle of the parkway and all the action! However, after staying here 3 yrs, we’re done. We had so many problems during this hotel stay that we have decided its not worth it. First of all we asked for a non-smoking room and the room we got when we walked in smelled horribly of smoke. We asked for a new room and the staff was polite about it and gave us a new room. The new room smelled really badly of mold and there were stains all over the carpet. We decided to just stay in the room so we could get our vacation started. Unfortunately I suffer from migraines and woke up with one every day because of the mold in the room. We also had black mold growing on our plastic shower curtain And all over the ceiling above the shower and on the top of the shower. The carpet was disgusting with stains on it and it constantly felt wet. We wouldn’t even walk on the carpet without shoes on! Our toilet broke two times during our stay and the staff Acted like that has never happened before! It is pretty sad when you have to Go to a minimart on vacation to have a bowel movement! We also noticed during our six night stay that the housekeeper was not cleaning the tub so we complained about that as well. All In all– Despite the location I would not recommend this hotel!

Keep looking! Old & very run-down — which is sad, because it has a prime location on the strip. Don’t let the«Four Seasons» name fool you… it’s anything but. We rented the 2 bedroom suite(over the office) with a balcony overlooking the Parkway at $ 275 for 2 nights. Seriously overpriced. Upon arrival we found that one of the toilets did not work, as well as the air conditioner for the living room area. It’s June. The toilet was fixed(after several hours) but the air conditioning had to wait. The carpeting throughout the«suite» is wrinkling & folding, and is in desperate need of a re-stretching. Although it’s June, we tried the gas fireplace(just for the heck of it) and it did not work. Hmmm… surprise. Also, the cable jack beneath the TV in the living room is hanging loose from the wall with a splitter and coax wires hanging out in a rat’s nest. The bedding was thin & cheap quality, not to mention DIRTY! When we asked for extra pillows and blankets, the night manager, Jim, wasn’t happy about our request. We were given a bad attitude as he grumbled about having to lock up so he could go check in housekeeping because they don’t normally keep extras on hand. Nice customer service. We were brought 3 blankets and NO pillows. After all the pleasantries, my wife discovered a mystery spot on one of the blankets that was covered up by the fold-over up by the pillows. Rather than bother Mr. Happy at the front desk, my wife ended up just scrubbing the spot clean. Our expectations aren’t unreasonable. We knew the place was old & had probably seen better days. We didn’t expect it to be this bad, though. To think, we haven’t showered or even checked out the pool, yet! Don’t think we’ll bother with the pool, based on previous reviews. Update — 6÷11÷14: The air conditioning in the living room was never fixed. We had to use our own fans, that we bring with us, to cool the living room by cranking the A.C. in the bedrooms & blowing air out.

70 bucks per night. Quaint rooms that are dated but semi-charming. Not too shabby considering they were in the middle of the strip within really short walking distance to everything. Mini fridge and coffemaker were a nice surprise. Worst part is that the shower head is low(I’m 5’11″) and I had to bend down to use it. 3 stars for the affordability and convenience.

The room we stayed in with our dog had a king bed, couch, cable, refrigerator, and fireplace. Plenty of space for everything. The staff was very friendly. The only down sides were the wireless internet only worked the first day and the shower wasn’t very hot. If you don’t mind lukewarm showers and lack of internet in your room, then this is a great place to stay.
