Why is McDonald’s always running out of Apple Pies? I stopped by the drive thru to get 2 apple pies and they didn’t have any! This is the second time that this has happened recently. The last time was at a different location. HEY McDonald’s of Wake County, Order more apple pies!

Customer service is important to me. Thumbs up to the cashier for behind a sweet heart. She was very kind and greeted me with a positive attitude.
My gravy biscuit on the other had was cold. It tasted like it was packed 30 minutes prior to my order.

There was a sign that said if the cashier doesn’t recommend a chicken biscuit then you get one for free. The cashier didn’t mention it and I asked for one because of that and the cashier lied to the manager and said that she did mention it, then the manager accused me of lying.
They then made me wait by the door for over twenty minutes to get a chicken biscuit.
The people at this McDonald’s are rude, slow, and incompetent. Do not come here if you can avoid it.

Facility is nice but incompetent and rude workers. I’ve been in the service business and I would say I am a patient and understanding person, I hardly ever give out 1 stars. I used to go to the mcdonalds off of milbrook and duraleigh, awesome people and service there!

Horrible service. Employees are consistently slow and rude. Even simple orders need to be checked to make sure everything is there and made correctly. Slow service is prevalent even when they are fully staffed and there are only a few orders.

I’m not sure if this is a McDonald’s or a homeless shelter? Each time I visit I am approached by the homeless for spare change (never to help buy them a meal). The management does absolutely nothing to improve the overall safety and comfort levels for its paying clients.
As for food? It’s the worst of McDonald’s standards. The fries are habitually cold and the food seems to be consistently luke warm.
The tables each time I have visited are dirty and the trash cans are overflowing. Poor general customer service and slow standards.
I would recommend going to a different McDonald’s.

Why do I continue to come here? It has to be the convenient location, because this place is terrible. On a regular basis I experience:
Slow service
Sloppily prepared food
Dirty tables
It’s amazing that they can consistently be this bad. You’d think that every once in a while I’d find a clean table just out of luck.

Yes. I’m reviewing a McDonald’s when you’ve waited in the drive through and the clock strikes 10:25am you go to order, after the guy in front orders breakfast, ma’am we’re no longer serving breakfast (enter-​stifled laugh from employee at window).
Me: excuse me, what time is breakfast supposed to end? Silence. Still no answer as I drive away. I think it was the laughing when they closed up early. FAIL.
