Burger King

Last week I had a coupon for free chicken strips and I got them. However, they were obviously old and hard and I’m pretty sure the girl at the drive through tried to steal my debit card. Just kind of sums this place up.

For a long time, Burger King (in general) was my favorite fast-​food place for breakfast. I liked their sandwiches better than McD’s and I liked their hash browns a lot more.
This location? Not so much. I’ve been twice now, and both times, the hash browns had that gross, sour taste that means that the oil hasn’t been changed in a long time. I finished eating an hour ago and I still have that gross taste in my mouth.
If the oil hasn’t been changed, and it’s first thing in the morning, I have to wonder how often they change it. Once a week? Once a month? Whether it needs it or not? I also don’t like to think of what other corners they’re cutting if they can’t even change the fryolator oil (which is kind of important when your two main products are burgers and FRIES).

My experiences here have all been bad. The drive thru takes forever. Sometimes they don’t ask for sauce and if they do specifically ask, they don’t put it in the bag! Last time they asked and then we had to wait for fries, so they brought they bag out without the sauces and we had to go in to get them! Kind of defeats the purpose of doing through the drive thru. And their food seems saltier than other burger kings. So sad because they were recently renovated! :(

this location had a refresh with a new dining area. The place looks great.
However, the food quality and service has a long way to go. The food seems warmed over and tasteless. There was no flavor to my Whopper sandwich. In fact the condiments felt microwaved. The fries are served warm.
This location has a drink machine where you can choose from at least 40 or more beverages. The downside is that the flavors are out of service or not working properly.
Management should do more to focus on customer service, friendliness and food quality in order to keep repeat customers.

One of my all-​time favorite Burger Kings. They always have their act together. I don’t even want to imagine how many times I’ve been here. Their staff is friendly and quick and food is always good. I’ve never had to pullup because they were behind, and rarely had to wait in the drive-​thru longer than just a few minutes. It’s not the best neighborhood but it’s on my way home when I-​40 is backed up. Recommended for sure.
