Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is nice and fresh inside since they remodeled. I love the new drink machine. It’s one of the few places I can get Coca-​Cola with Lime. I cried for weeks when our area stopped getting it in stores. :’(
(not really, but could have!)
Coca-​Cola told me it isn’t marketable in our area. REALLY??? Go to any bar or restaurant and listen to drink orders. We are constantly hearing this request.
Anyways, this is about Wendy’s not the Coca-​Cola Bottling Company…
We ordered 2 Ranch House Burgers, a fry and 2 Lg drinks.
They normally call your name to come get your order, but the cashier said she had to smell my perfume again and get the name, so she brought it to us with the appropriate condiments in the bag.

«I’d like an Asian Cashew Salad please.»
«What size? Full or half?»
«Full please.»
pause… «Sorry, we are out of the full. We only have half.»
«OK. Give me a half then.»
«What kind of dressing would you like?»
«It’s an Asian Salad, how about some Asian Dressing.»
pause… «Sorry, we are out of Asian Dressing.
So what did I find in my bag when I got home? A tiny salad with Italian Dressing and NO Asian Noodles and NO cashews.
Perfect.

Horrible customer service. Waited in line at the drive through for 25 Mins.

I love wendy’s but this place needs a lot of help with customer service. The people who work there probably couldn’t get a job anywhere else. soooo many times I’ve just drove away from the order speaker because of the employees.

I give up trying with this Wendy’s Location (501 E. Interstate 30). At one time the food and service was notoriously bad, when I drove by on my way to Walmart there was often no one in the drive-​thru and there parking lot was empty. Last year after there last remodel I thought things may have changed, boy was I wrong. I placed my order at the drive-​thru and pulled up. The cashier stated that will be XX dollars. I then responded with; the menu sign showed my order should have only been X dollars. She responded loud with a very nasty voice and aggressively by hanging her body out the window with; «YOU DID NOT ORDER THAT, YOU ORDERED THIS AND IT WILL BE XX DOLLARS». I keep my composure and stated sorry there must have been some miss communication. WOW things got worse, she started talking louder and with her best anger face; THERE WAS NO MISS COMMUNICATION, YOU DID NOT ORDER THAT, YOU ORDERED THIS AND IT WILL BE XX DOLLARS. By then someone inside pulled her back in the window and stated sorry here is your order and will be X dollars. Something is very wrong with this Wendy’s Location. Wow the same bad attitude and service, not to mention my order was cold and nasty. I will not go back to this Wendy’s Location even if they gave away free food. And it is just not me, my Wife stop going because half the time her order was missing something.

Not the first time our order was incorrect but it will defiantly be the last. Bf ordered his burger with meat and cheese only, they took off the onions, I asked for fresh lemonade and got diet lemonade bs and instead of fries with my meal I asked for a Caesar salad got garden with ranch. When we asked for two of the three to be corrected at the window we could hear them complaining about us. Kinda glad I didn’t notice my salad error till we got home, I fear I would have been eating spit too…

Fries could use some help. Other than that, everything was pretty good.
