Wai Cafe

This was honestly probably more like a 3 star-​but the kid who helped us was so damn friendly and eager to please I gave them an extra star for his efforts.
Is this the best fast food Chinese I have ever had? no– but it is the best fast food Chinese I have had overlooking a driving range in Mesquite. They have a wealth of 3.99 lunch specials and the food was tasty and large enough portions for lunch. Standard fare for like spots and I am sure there is something for everyone on the menu. The kids working there were very friendly and very attentive. They obviously take pride in this venture and I hope it fares better than most that have occupied this space (Scrumbtious is doing fine-​but it moved to fancier digs). You would think the kitsch factor in a silver trailer on a driving green in Mesquite would help-​but apparently not.
If you find yourself on this end of town and looking for a cheap but tasty lunch give Wai Café a try.

I really enjoyed this new Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious and fresh. My husband had a cheeseburger and I had the broccoli chicken. It was wonderful. It’s very hard to find good Chinese food around this area. Also, there was free dessert with our entrees. We definitely will come back to this place.
