I have ordered a pizza off menu. When it arrived at the house it looked great. After eating a slice we noticed the items were not the same as the description on menu. when we called to let them know we received horrible customer service. they refused to provide some type of compensation other than a new pizza after there is already a bad taste in our mouth. we asked for a future credit of some sort. they refused to do anything. I asked for a free dessert they said ok and then never showed up for over an hour. we called to check back no one has a clue about the order and then they hung up on us when we were over waiting for them to get things figured out. We will NEVER order from them again.

Great pizza; great service. My wife and I stopped by and ordered a x-​large veggie, which was delicious. The crust was perfect, and the ingredients are quality. We ordered in the store, and our wait time was only 15 minutes, which was well worth it.
This was my first time ordering from Pronto, but definitely won’t be my last. I prefer to spend my money at local small businesses vs. corporate chains, as you never get the same kind of quality. I don’t even live in the Ranchos, but will always make the short drive to Pronto.
On a side note: One of the main reasons i decided to try Pronto, was the way the owner replied to some of the nitpicking in the reviews on here. I had to see if his product stood up to his claims, and it did. I also have to give respect to an employer who stands behind his employees, and doesn’t blindly kiss everyone’s rear end, just because they are a customer.

I’ve ordered twice since my last review, and the service was very good on the phone. not only did I not have to repeat my self numerous times, but I didn’t have to shout or even wait for my total.

Wow! I was just told by the owner that he didn’t want me as a customer. I ordered a medium pizza & a 20 & 8 piece wings with light sauce. The wings came with what my wife & I thought was too much sauce. She didn’t like them. I called to see if they were going to fix the situation & after explaining the situation, the owner, who identified himself as the owner & the one who made the wings, told me to forget it & that I wasn’t the kind of customer he wanted. Then, went on to make it perfectly clear that he didn’t want me to order from them anymore. I wasn’t rude or yelling at him. I was calm but made it clear that we weren’t happy with the wings & wanted to know what he was willing to do to fix the problem. I will not ever go back there unless he calls me back to apologize. I understand that people can have a bad day, but if you make this kind of error in judgement, you have to make it right.

I was visiting family and we decided to order pizza and wings. The 2 stars is for the wings because it was good. Other than that, delivery took 1 hr 20 min. The delivery guy called because he was lost which was why he was late. but guess what he said when he finally arrived.. «Oh my gosh, I live like. 3 houses away!». okay, and you got lost? And then.. He shorted us our change so my brother ran out just in time to get it from him. Yes, we tipped him. But it wasn’t a nice tip. Sorry. The pizza was a little salty, but we were pretty hungry so we scarfed it up. We gave the place the benefit of the doubt. possibly late because it was a Saturday night and they were swamped with orders? Will I order from them again? Nope. Pronto pizza didn’t live up to its name.

When I am in a pizza mood after a long hike in the mountains — or when I just do not want to cook — Pronto Pizza is a consistently excellent alternative. I always order carryout and specify the pickup time. When I get there, my order is hot out of the oven and topped with generous amounts of the specified ingredients. Sauce and crust get a 10 out of 10,

We called and asked about delivery because we’d just moved here. Very nice employee on the phone said yes, we deliver to your address. He took my order and said the food would arrive by 9:00. At 9:05 a very clueless young woman called and said «umm, we umm don’t deliver to where you live. It’s way too far. We were about to leave with your food, and then we like realized that we don’t deliver to you. Can you meet us at such-​and-​such place?» I told her we just moved here a few days ago, and we didn’t even know where she was, let alone where such-​and-​such might be. She tried giving directions and then another employee got on the phone. He was smart enough to ask me a couple of good questions, and then said he would meet me in 20 minutes. By the time we got our food at 9:30, it was cold. The food was pretty good but not worth the hassle. They should have delivered the food and then politely told us they don’t deliver here. Not make us part of the delivery process.

I Unilocaled this pizza place. Visiting Minden drove over here because of the rating. It says they are open until 11. At 8:50 I walk in and the guy says I can make your pizza to go because we close in 10 minutes — Really! If I knew where I was going I would have left immediately. I stayed. I hope the pizza is good.

The best pizza in Ranchos! Delivery is always shorter than expected. My favorites are thin crust Mediterranean or thin crust, pesto, spinach, garlic and jalapeños.

When staying in and ordering pizza, we always call Pronto Pizza. They have good pizza, sandwiches and calazones. The pizza always comes to the door hot and quick and the delivery drivers are always friendly. My favorite are the speciality pizzas like the BBQ chicken and the Mediterranean chicken with pesto sauce. Also their habanero chicken sandwich is yummy! Prices are good and delivery wise your not gonna find better pizza in the area.
