My mother had a brain aneurysm a few years ago which resulted in bad balance and no coordination. She spilt a soda and my boyfriend and I cleaned it up, we used our shoes to spread the towels. The older women came over and asked us to change shoes because ours were «ruined». We politely did. My boyfriend then went and ordered some fries, while he was ordering she said under her breath «they do NOT get a free soda because they’ll spill it again and ruin more shoes» in a very rude voice. Everyone else was polite and good customer service but this lady was so rude and made us feel very I welcomed.

This place is great! New management took over April 1st and you can tell they are committed to a great experience for their customers. The lanes are clean and well maintained, there is a bar and a snack bar (we were going to dinner after so we only got to try the fries and a slushy but both were delicious). There is even a small arcade with video games and air hockey. Prices are very fair and we had a great time bowling with our friends. The service couldn’t have been friendlier or better. I would highly recommend coming here.
