Sam’s Club

Everyone here is super lazy. Takes four computers fora customer rep to do a return with the customer following them around
Also the customers that shop here are super loud. And rude.
Id rather drive to Torrance to go to that Sam’s club or just go to Costco.

Poor service, long lines, but they are talking like nothing, why apply to. this job, if don’t wanna work, never again @$!#! $

I had a bad experience here with assistant manager Miesha. I have been shopping a SAMs for over 20 years. I am a SAMs Plus member. Recently I purchased a product a SAMs in Gardena and after using it once I returned it 2days later because it was defective. They refused to allow me to return the item. The assistant manager Miesha was not helpful at all, she was condescending and accusatory. Apparently SAMs saw fit to put her in charge, that was irresponsible.
Due to the treatment I received from Miesha, the assistant manager, I will not likely shop at that store in the future. I encourage SAMs to offer Miesha counseling in an effort to improve her customer service skills if they want to avoid losing more customers.

Sam’s Club has been a store that I have always went to as a child. I am now 19 years old and my family continues to shop here.
This is a store that’s great for families with a tight schedule. Everything comes in a bulk so that your family would not have to keep going back to the grocery store every week.
They give out free samples on the weekends (my favorite part)! The only downside would probably be the lines. If you’re in a rush I wouldn’t recommend coming here around rush hour time on the weekends. During the week, the lines are pretty good! This store is also great for any type of holiday food shopping! If you’re the household that hosts the holiday feasts, come to Sam’s Club! They have quality and quantity food.
Parking is pretty easy to find here. In my opinion, I also love their food here. Compared to Costco pizza, I would prefer Sam’s Club pizza anytime. Hope this helps!

This review is from 1÷27÷2015. I just realized it never posted. Today while I was in the store I decided to check the prices on Cheese cake since we have a Birthday in our family. I had already checked the prices at Vons and the variety cheese cake was $ 14.99 at Sams the three signs by the cheese cake were all around $ 12 so we picked the sampler. When I looked at my receipt I saw I was charged $ 15.98. I walked back to the display and saw there was no sign for this particular cheese cake. I saw an employee walking by and explained the situation. She told me with attitude that they don’t put prices on everything and that they don’t have to. I explained that I felt that was deceptive to have three signs that are all around the same price and no sign for the one that happens to be $ 4 more. She told me it is not deceptive. I told to a customer it is. She proceeded to argue with me and when I asked to talk to a manager she told me she is the manager! SERIOUSLY! I found out she is a manager but not the store manager. I was so frustrated. I still love the pharmacy! They are very professional and the prices are good.
**Update** I went back and talked to the Manager. He was very professional and handled the situation the way it should have been handled. I have also noticed several positive changes over the past few months. They still need to do some work on inventory etc. so I am keeping my review at 3 stars.
