This Mc Donald is bad on drive through. It always takes tooooo long. They need to hire more workers or train the current employee better

Ambar and Esmerelda provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time, strictly going on their smiles and sheer friendliness, which was oh so refreshing. they seemed like they were enjoying their jobs and working together tonight. i gleaned all that just from going through the drive-thru! anyway, i got my blueberry pie fix… happy customer here. Go Ambar! Go Esmerelda! YEAH!!!

Unilocal Challenge 2015. 261⁄365 Nothing is better on a hot summer day than fueling up on McDs $ 1.00 drinks. Sweet tea and Orange are perfect way to cool off without hurting your wallet. Service here has always been good to me. Employees are courteous especially in the drive thru. My complaint is the bathroom. It is filthy. I usually don’t use public bathrooms, but I really had to pee. There was no log saying when it was cleaned last. By the looks of it, it had been a while. Trash everywhere, toliets clogged. I wish I posted a picture. Pure nastyness! #741

I’d give this place a negative star. The level of service and competent employees is minimal at best. I have never had a cashier fumble my order through the drive-thru and become argumentative because they cannot understand what you are ordering. I ordered the breakfast meal with 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and a hashbrown… I believe the #2. Then I proceeded to order 3 hotcakes n sausage. The cashier asked me if I wanted one order that comes with three pancakes. I said. «No, I want 3 orders of hotcakes n sausage.» The cashier asked me again if I wanted three pancakes. I raise my voice, speak clearly and slowly, thinking he clearly cannot hear me or understand me. The cashier then gets defensive and says, «well some people just don’t know, so ya.» I pay for my order, pick it up… I’m not going to even mention the length of time I waited. I drive to my destination to find out that all hotcake orders were missing sausage and I am missing one sandwich. Do not visit this location.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I know the usual complaints about McDonald’s: it’s not healthy, the food isn’t great(calling it «food» might be a stretch for some), but when you want a quick cheap lunch, hey, McDonald’s is all right. Why the one(wishing to be zero) stars, then? Because things happened here that shouldn’t be happening at any food establishment, shoddy reputation or no. First, I found a fly in my smoothie. When I went back to return it, I was given a larger smoothie to make up for it, as well as a coupon for a free dessert of my choice. I inspected the new smoothie for any more bugs and decided to try drinking it. I immediately spit it out and found pieces of cardboard – yes, CARDBOARD – in the smoothie. Cardboard in the smoothie, that found its way into my mouth. First bugs, then cardboard. I went back inside and witnessed an exchanged between a patron and a cashier. The woman was worriedly pointing at the ceiling. As I followed her gaze, I saw a MASSOFFLIES just chilling out on the ceiling, right above where food was being prepared. The cashier looked at it and shrugged. According to a friend who visited this McDonald’s a few days later, the mass of flies was still there. I get it, sometimes bugs happen and it really sucks for everybody involved. But these workers did not seem to care at all that they were sharing their workspace with flies constantly dropping into the food they were preparing. And what was with the shredded cardboard in the smoothie? Are you for real?! I don’t even know what to say to that! How do you mess up a smoothie twice, both with disgusting things in them?! Is there any way to get the health inspectors to look at this place? Because something needs to be done about the fly colony happening there. Anyway, don’t go to this McDonald’s. I know I never will again. There’s a perfectly decent Wendy’s down on Western you can go to instead, and I haven’t seen any fly parties there. Hell, hit up the 85 Degrees across the street from the McD’s, even they don’t have flies. Ugh.

you’re not really open 24⁄7 if you randomly decide to close and go «cash only» in the middle of the night. with no rhyme or reason, never at the same time. Tonight the person manning the window at 1:45AM proceeded to take my entire order, repeat it back, and then decide to announce it’s «cash only» time. Hey mickey d’s welcome to 2015 — if 7⁄11 can do it, if denny’s can do it, if carl’s can do it, if jacks can do it, why can’t you?! and ps: who carries cash?!

I can see why they have a 2 ½ star rating. I ordered a bacon ranch salad. The lady tells me they’re out of grilled chicken. I can either have fried or no chicken. I chose no chicken because I’m trying to lose some weight. Then I asked for an extra ranch packet. She actually tried charging me for it. I was like are you serious. Yall don’t have grilled chicken but want to charge me 33cents for a packet. Ugh greedy asses

So we walk into McDonalds and Gardena high was just let out of school We stopped here to get a quick cup of water and the cashier was absolutely rude When we asked her for a cup of water she just glared at us as if she was upset that we would ask her for something so «tedious» After awkwardly standing there for 5 seconds I repeated to ask the favor and she said it’ll be $ 1.09 Ok water is free We look young so she probably thought we were bratty teenagers but she shouldn’t be quick to get an attitude my group and I didn’t enjoy her work ethic. She shouldn’t work there if she’s not«lovin’ it»

Took them 20mins to have my food ready. And I only order 2 chicken sandwiches. And it smelled inside due to a few homeless people dining in.

Horrible service! I walked in and up to the counter, I stood there for 5 min and no one even acknowledged me so I walked out! Plenty of people working there too.

parking is hard hear because the famous 82 degree bakery is across in the same lot and the drive thru for the most park is long. like ive said before I usually only get beverages here since they have the $ 1.00 deal any size or the desserts. I refuse to eat the«pink stuff» inside their meat.

I was running late on my drive down the coast so I decided to have a relatively healthy lunch of a grilled snack wrap and a sweet tea. What killed me was that I could smell perfume all over my food and drink that I knew wasn’t mine because I hadn’t used any. It goes without saying that people who work with food should most definitely not use lotions, hand sanitizers, and such that it is obvious to the customer, if at all. I would have returned the food but it wasn’t worth driving back. I did call the manager though who was receptive and offered me a gratis pie on my return visit. I shan’t redeem the pie not because I don’t like it but because the whole point of my call was for action, not free food.

Only drive through experience for me at this location. And then, only coffee and an egg and cheese biscuit. Coffee here is good. You’ll have to read elsewhere for the inside experience. The drive thru was quick. Now for some McDonald’s tidbits from the UK. Have you ever heard of secret menu items? Well there are at least three items that can be had at McDonald’s in the UK with a little prodding. They include: The Monster Mac, a sandwich using eight McDonald’s meat patties! And the Land, Sea and Air Burger — a slice of fried chicken, two beef patties and a Filet-O-Fish. Finally, the Big McChicken, where fried chicken patties replace the bread in a Big Mac The trend supposedly started in the US. You might want to have your arteries checked BEFORE trying one of these!

All of my visits to this particular McDonald’s have taken place in the drive-thru and I’m usually ordering at least 2 vanilla cones per every visit(one for my boy, one for me). Never had any bad drive-thru experiences here as of yet. I did have to remind one kid, err, McDonald’s employee, that I ordered *two* vanilla cones instead of just one. But that was dealt with pretty quickly, and we were on our merry way down the 91E in no time.

***This McDonald’s has a pretty nice and comfortable interior. The décor is quite nice and different from other McDonald’s locations(it seems sharper and more contemporary). The food is the same as any other location*** Parking is free of course.

Yes, here I am writing about a fast food place. which to some may not be worth writing about. Lo and behold, though, I do have some stuff to share… so please bare with me =D. Early Sunday, my mom and I were going grocery shopping at the 99 Ranch Market and Marukai. McDonalds has really been promoting their $ 1 breakfast menu and so we easily got convinced to give their new breakfast menu a try. This is the closest McDonalds to the two markets and so we went here. Let’s see it’s a typical McDonald’s. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: It wasn’t too crowded when we went and so we easily found a place to sit. It’s fairly clean Cons: The service is not the best. One of the folks at the counter wasn’t really friendly and she had a yelling argument with one of the customers who was asking for hot water. I went to go kitchup and watery ketchup came out :(. If you get coffee, you need to tell the quantity of sugar and cream that you want. They will then hand it to you. It’s mostly because of the cons why I wanted to write about this place. Sure, McDonald’s is pretty common… but this is one of the few places where I found a server yelling at a customer. That’s not cool. I was about to say for a place that is suppose to be the happiest place(oh wait sorry that is Disneyland hehe), ok scratch that for a place that has has happy meals for happy people. this place could have gone with a lil bit better service.
