Came across this place by word of mouth, a friend of mine said it was pretty good the ribs are ok better than average but the chicken is a star there it’s moist and very flavorful I would definitely recommend the chicken and the ribs if you’re in a pinch.

Located in Cherrystone’s Restaurant parking lot on weekends.
About as close to Ray’s Kiawe Chicken in Haleiwa, Hawaii you can get in California. The chicken was moist, juicy and flavorful down to the bone. The smoked flavor was evident throughout the entire chicken. Ever so slightly on the salty side, but overall a fine deal for $ 10. I plan to try the ribs next time.

After watching countless episodes of BBQ Pitmasters, I developed a huge hankering for BBQ ribs. It was too late and far to head out to Bludso’s, so we searched around for places with ribs. With the high ratings, I expected some good stuff. I was sorely disappointed! Picked up a full rack of ribs for $ 25, though we really should have tried half rack. The ribs did smell good in the car and they were juicy. But honestly, this tasted like the same pre-​marinated ribs that we get from Costco. Sad. If you like the style of ribs with sauce, this isn’t it.

Simple formula — chicken and ribs, cooked to perfection over hot coals. Roger is the guy always wearing a smile, and his chicken and ribs are sure to put one on your face as well!
