Pro Nails

They do not know what they’re doing, then trust to get mad when you tell them about it. They tried to charge me $ 35 for gel nails after they gave me the run around telling me i had to come back the next day after they had put acrylic on 1 hand very sloppy. They then told me they had to use tips after telling them I only wanted my real nails done. After them messing the night up before my birthday up, I went back on my birthday, only for them to tell me that the 1 lady who knew how to apply acyrlic called off sick and to come back the next day. They are very selfless and rude. They will try to get over on you and want you to withdraw money from the ATM machine if your nails are more than $ 30. They are very racist and will not get another dime out of me.

The lady told me $ 32 for jell polish and design on my natural nails and my nails aren’t long. Are you crazy?

this place does do a great job and are fast when you come on certain days but i have a love/​hate relationship with this nail shop, if you’re not paying attention they will add a dollar or 2 to your total. make sure you’re keeping track of how much everything is because if not they will add a little extra to your total if you’re not paying attention.

I think the new location is amazing it looks a lot nicer. They always seem busy. I love the prices. I went there to get my nails done and eyebrows. I love how the lady who did my eyebrows perfected them. They also have spa chairs they looked new unlike most spa chairs that I see in this area. When I walked in they greeted me with a smile. All in all I will return here

Very good with gel and reasonable pricing. The women here Lin is great with eyebrows and does beautiful designs

Very poor customer service barely speak English and they don’t know how to accommodate alot of customers.

Ummmm Idk how I feel about this place. Other Unilocalers aren’t lying when they say they push for the gel polish. Basically you get what you pay for.
I came in and wanted a very simple design. I wanted a very thin coat of powder on MY own nails as they are long and I want to grow them longer, not use tips. And the only reason I wanted the powder is because they couldn’t do the design I wanted with gel. I had to ask to go thinner and skinnier a few times. I hate how they talk about you IN FRONT of you, but I guess this may be everywhere. The lady kept saying I didn’t know and that my nail would brake… SO, you’re saying my OWN nail will brake, even though it hasn’t broken all this time, and that adding a coat of powder, which will probably make it more durable, will still brake? No, this is a process I’ve gotten before. Eventually I gave in and didn’t ask to go thinner. My nails are bulky… boo.
Back to the design, they are lazy and sloppy. I had to tell the lady to cover ALL of my nail and not just what she could see.
I will prob only stop here when I need a quick gel session… hope that’s not sloppy too.

I have been going to Pro Nails since I moved to the area 3 years ago. I have never had a negative experience with any of the ladies (although there are some that are more creative with designs and more thorough pedicures). Ask for Kim, she is awesome! For those living West of the 405 this may be too «hood» for you, but the quality and prices are waaaaaay better than the upscale beach communities…,

I only come to get my eyebrows done here. The lady does a good job and takes her time to get it right.

I have been coming here for about a good 3years now.
What I hate about them is that they don’t accept credit/​debit cards. They force you to withdraw money from their ATM machine and I think that is so wack!
Anywho, they have a lot of good manicurists here and they are reasonably priced. They don’t have a good selection of nail polish in my opinion and they always try to get you to get gel nails (only $ 20). They are nice people and are pretty popular because they stay busy.
There is nothing fancy about this salon but if you are in the area and in need of a quick mani/​pedi, this is your place.

This is my extremely CHEAP go-​to nail shop. I honestly have a love-​hate relationship with this place. Its clearly in the G-​H-​E-​T-​T-​O and the customer service STINKS! But they are fast and the do a damn good job and they accept walk-​ins. They dont have OPI nail polish so I typically bring in my own but they do have a fair variety of colors and their designs are FABULOUS! (although I’m not really a «nail design» type of gal). The lady that does eyebrows is rude as all hell, but she always shapes my brows to perfection!!! Although it may be a hassle, I like to bring in my own nail tools to this shop as well, only because I’m almost certain that they don’t THOROUGHLY sterilize their tools = GROSS.
