Subway

I started going to this Subway when they first opened, and and each time I was disappointed in the bread. It was dry and flaky, and didn’t seem fresh, not at all like any other Subway I have ever been to. The first time I complained, and the owner gave me a free foot long the next time I came in, but that was also substandard. I waited a month and went back thinking things would change, I went back a fourth time, and still the same. Everything else was what you expect from subway, but if you are not happy with the food then what good are they. I have friends that have the same opinion of this subway. I won’t go back again.

This subway location is very nice and clean. They do have a little seating, but not extensive.
The staff are clean and pleasant.
Nice looking unisex bathroom to your left when you enter the front door.
The reason I gave them only 2 stars is because by 6 pm when they are open another 3 hours, they have run out if key essential meat ingredients to their monthly specials.
I drove here especially to get the new Italian Hero sub, avoiding the burger drive thrus. They were out of 1 of the 2 primary meats.
Time was of the essence before I had to get to the ASQD montly board meeting and coming here to no avail had cost me half my dinner time. Good thing there was a BK in the same parking lot. They weren’t out of the key ingredients to their food.
I would have preferred the Italian Hero.
Before you waste your precios driving time and gas, you might want to phone this venue first to see if they really have your item in stock.

This is my second time going to this location and when comparing this to all the other Subways I’ve been to it is definitely one of the better ones. They are really friendly and they give you a decent amount of meat and veggies on your sandwich, unlike a lot of the other locations where it’s like pulling teeth to get one more tomato slice on there. Hopefully my future visits will be the same!

In this age of great customer service… The people at this subway dont «get it» that having a pleasant and welcoming attitude brings back customers who have many other choices.

Torture wait just to purchase a gift card and I was the first person to come in the door. Waited and waited at the register for someone to even acknowledge me. Won’t be going to this one ever again.

They have committed the ultimate sin in my eyes and I will never eat there. It was 15 minutes before closing. The locked the door and wouldn’t even look at me. Trying to pretend I didn’t even exist. Don’t worry guys. You will never have to worry about losing my business because it’s gone forever. You are dead to me.

Sandwichs at subway all location have really changed what they use to be known for which was their fresh baked bread. Well today they no longer make them the same day. Its all precooked and very dry now.

I live close by so it’s very convenient for healthy cheap food. I always get good service so this is my go to subway joint for a quickie

Juan was great! He was all smiles very helpful, and because of his demeanor, I didn’t mind waiting as he finished making a catering order.
Our food was made beautifully and tasted just delicious as it looked!
