I am here on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s, and Friday’s, and at least one visit each on those days. I’m the nanny of a young boy who has mild, high functioning autism. He only eats French fries 95% of the time (which is being worked on with his behavioralists.) Every worker has gotten to know our car, faces, and names. They always greet him and I and ask us how we are doing. They make sure they get the fries in the condition that he’ll eat. They are all very friendly and attentive, especially the manager. Love this location. They are great people.

Wow the rudest service ever. I won’t be back. they need to replace Marco. I hope the owners great these reviews. And the bun as old and falling apart. sad I used to bring my son and his friends after swimming lessons in the summer. we spent a lot of money weekly there. no more. hopefully the owners will see how rude servixe, it’s certainly not the like the old days of «havve it your way».

Their right down the street from my work… Always friendly when I come and they have a slushie machine with surge in it… also its one of the less crowded burger kings I’ve been to…

I walked out of here feeling simply ripped off. To begin with they don’t have the sandwich that I wanted because they are out of bread! For that sandwich. How do you offer something and don’t have it when costumer ask for it? My total came out to like 16 bucks and they got my order wrong. I was missing stuff and never got a reciept from the inept worker I come here because it’s the nearest BK by my work, but if the service is gonna be this shitty I’ll rather drive a bit further for better service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE — Rude manager. Won’t be back, ever
I went to this Burger King at 12:50 pm on 8÷27÷15.
First, I asked the server/​cashier about an Ultimate Burger and what made is «ultimate». He said A-​1. There are several burgers with A-​1. Rather than aaying, I’m not sure but I’ll find out, he gave wrong information. Next I had forgotten drinks and after standing at counter 5 mins, I finally was able to get service. No other customers at counter. Asked for 2 med. drinks. Was told by same cashier that he had already charged for them. Gave me cups. When attempting to get drinks from machine, the manager came and told me «you have to pay for those drinks.» I replied, «I just tried to and cashier told me I already had. Mgr. said «it’s not on your receipt and that will be $ 4.25. Mgr. was rude and acted as if I was trying to steal something. I told him «I don’t want your damn drinks and walked out.

the only burger king that is close to my house. its just eh. the burger patties are getting smaller and smaller and the dr pepper sucks, even after they got the fancy computer controlled soda machine

A cursory meal here may have you thinking this is just another franchise.

Not satisfied with the quality at all, day by day becomes worse, Why? they should really think about a solution, if not their loss …

I’ve lived within a mile of this «restaurant» for the better part of thirty years and it’s food and service has varied from poor to good. I’m sorry to say it has reached rock bottom, I wish I could give it negative stars. The place is dirty, no filthy, the service is the worse and it certainly not fast. The Burger King company has decided to miniaturize the «large» French fries, give you a large bun but not a large «meat» patty. I’m sure the patty was not beef for it tasted like sawdust and the French fries were less than stellar. I could not even finish my expensive order, I will not even call it food. will no longer eat at Burger King nor recommend this place to anyone.

Went to this Burger King to get some snacks for the kids…
I was surprised the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY… After our experience I realized why…
I used the restroom, had no soap… Came out & my husband told me we couldn’t use the offer we had on our mobile device. They wanted a printed copy of the offer. I approached the gentleman, I’m trying to get his attention, «Excuse me Sir», he won’t look up (IT’S THE MANAGER)…Finally, I get his attention, I was trying to show him it stated it could be used either way (show from device or print) & in a very unprofessional manner he said «NO, I NEED PAPER» & went on to do what he was doing… We choose not to eat there & left.

I’ve been a patron at this Burger King for years… coming up on 19, I’d say. I recently moved right around the corner to this location, and have found myself coming here more frequently. It’s a convenient location and the food is good… personally I love the whoppers. I like that the inside is open until 11pm… I’ve had to make some late night stops here before to visit the restroom. I’ve also had great experiences with the staff… every time I’m here, I feel like the drive through workers chat with me. They’re very friendly and it makes me happy. Also, the drive through has never gotten my order wrong yet, so yay. I love bk!

This place sucks. There was nobody here and they still took 15 minutes to prepare a small combo order. Plus they charge you for a water cup!!! Who does that?!? There’s no a/​c either! I’d avoid this place at all costs!!!

My warning to you: avoid this place at all costs.
At 30 years old, I had never gotten food poisoning. Until I ate here. I’ve been all over the world, and eaten some god awful things, and never gotten sick. I had a double whopper with cheese and bacon around 5 at night.
I spent the next day vomiting every 30 minutes, and eventually ended up at Urgent Care with an IV in me.
Again; I strongly urge you to avoid this location. There is a Carl’s Jr on Valley View and Chapman. If you want a burger, head there.

It’s breakfast on the way to work but the people are friendly so that’s why I go back

Its a kind of hit or miss here… I had one of their new .25 cent iced coffee’s. It was extra to add the flavoring. .25 cent’s more no big deal. It was good perfect ice to coffee ratio nice and sweet. When back a few hours later to pick up 2 more coffee’s for my husband and the guy wanted to charge me a different price and the coffee to ice ratio was off. And he forgot the vanilla in one of the coffees. To top it off he charged me for the vanilla. Such a bummer. I guess it depends on who is making the drink. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and they forgot the cheese, I was already on my way home and didn’t want to turn around. I guess I should of checked my burger but it had the special black mark on it indicating it was customized. Oh well… They have a few new items including a chocolate molted cake bite and a new philly chicken. BUt I think all the new items are to confusing to the cashiers especially if they have no clue on how to make the new coffee drinks.

I just saw their new summer menu and decided to give’em a shot again cause they got rid of my oh so favorite Angry Whopper. :(
First off walking in was a complete trip cause they completely changed their look on the inside! Digital menus and a FLAT SCREEN TV in the dining area so you can watch a sports game while eating there! Everyone employee was nice and patient.
Soooo i tried the Texas BBQ Whopper, It was good… i just enjoyed the fact of them trying to actually tweak up the Whopper and come up with something new.

Granted, BK is generic run of the mill fast food, and I don’t expect much as I do not eat it very often… However whenever I have eaten it, I find myself once again truly hating their cold shitty burgers and lukewarm fries. The food tastes old and it somehow takes them a solid 5 minutes just to assemble an order of cold food. (Drive-​thru) How is that possible? AS OF THIS DAY, I am swearing off of ALL Burger King food. Most locations serve this barely-​warm crap food, and Ive had it! Take your shitty food and shove it up the creepy freak of a Kings ass, which is coincidentally where it all comes from to begin with. I believe this because there’s no other logical explanation for manufacturing such crappy and NOT EVER HOT food on such a massive consistent basis.
You have become experts at duplicating a miserable dining experience with amazing consistency.
I wouldn’t eat this food again on a dare.

I walked in for lunch, and decided to wash my hands. I quickly discovered that there was NO HOT WATER in the Men’s bathroom sink.
Visions of food workers spreading horrible debilitating diseases to the unsuspecting public permeated my psyche.
I quickly dried my hands and left the premises.

I ordered the Triple Stacker for $ 3.00.
The flame-​broiled Beef, Cheese and Sauce were delicious.
A very inexpensive, large Burger from this Drive Thru.
